  I have genuinely never experienced service this awful in my life. I waited in a stall for FIFTY MINUTES in the blazing Arizona heat just trying to get drinks for my little ones while they sat there crying their heads off from being hot and thirsty. No one said a word. No update. No apology. Nothing. I checked into the stall correctly, waited patiently, called multiple times with absolutely no answer, and after nearly an HOUR of being ignored, I finally had to pull up to the window myself. And what happened? Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, they blamed ME… even though my order had been sitting there the entire time. The absolute lack of care, communication, and basic human decency was unbelievable. All they did was shove the order out the window and close it in my face like none of this mattered. Waiting 15–20 minutes is understandable sometimes but 50 minutes with children in extreme heat is completely unacceptable. This was beyond bad customer service. It was careless, dismissive, and honestly infuriating.

  My fries were red dipped so it made them super hard like a rock and flavorless. They actually tasted like funnel cake. So I’m sure they fried everything in the same fryer. Got both my burgers wrong. Both had customization, but none of them were followed.Didn’t even eat my burger or fries. But didn’t take it back since it was after midnight. Won’t ever trust this location again.

  I paid $52 for my order plus a $4 tip. My mobile order was not correct, so my family didn’t eat and I was disappointed with the experience. I have not received a refund or a follow-up regarding the issue. My original review and photos were also removed. They didn’t remove the mayo and also every burger had 1 slice of bacon . Also took 20 min after the pickup time .

  Do NOT go there! Unfortunately this is very close to my house so had to try them out. Never again! Never. Whole order was screwed up. Paid four shakes with oreos,brownies n peanut butter cups. Only one came with oreos. Shakes tasted awful! Save your money...Never thought I'd say this, but if you're in the mood for shakes, Jack's McDonald's or Wendy's have waaaay better shakes! This Sonic location is hands down the worst fast food place in town!
