  My daughter and I had the best experience with our super sonic associates thank you Lilian and Ivan for your professionalism and patience! We witnessed a very mean lady who was rushing us at the drive through she shouted what’s taking so long I said have some patience then the lady gets out of her car and opens the door angrily and starts complaining I admired the way the staff handled this disgruntled lady. They were kind heard her out and said well we are cleaning in between and your order is in process. It’s associates like Liliana and Ivan keep us coming back to our favorite spot right after softball practice!

  Stopped by this evening 9/19. I understand it’s a bit busy on a Saturday night, but waited a bit too long to get my order. 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Order was incorrect, they gave me something I didn’t order. I walked up to the door and staff member finally walked out and got me the right item. Got home and unfortunately the drinks were not right, ice cream was missing toppings. I think staff might have been overwhelmed. Looked like a bit too much goofing off in there. This was the first time I’ve had any issue there

  This place definitely sucks. Order 3 sodas! Nothing special just cokes! Waited over 30 minutes for them . When asked to cancel for a refund they said they couldn't cancel. Stay away unless youre ok waiting so long for some soft drinks.

  By far the worst establishment I’ve ever been to I hardly care to take my time out of my day to write a review this my first ever time writing one but I waited 40 mins for a drink an ice cream and a small mozz sticks I used to work at sonic mozz sticks take 2 mins to cook and the drinks take less than a minute in what work does it take 40 mins and there was only a few other cars there and I had placed my order 10 mins prior online so really was waiting 50 mins for something that should take no longer than 5 mins 10 mins max if it’s real busy and this isn’t the first time this is like the third time this has happened it’s always the same thing

  Overall, an okay experience at Sonic in Buckeye on MC 85. When I first pulled in, I had a little trouble seeing the order screen clearly and wasn't sure how to use the credit card reader. I tried pressing a few things and holding my card up to it, but eventually I just got out of the car and asked for help. They explained that when they brought my order out, they could process my card payment then, which worked out fine. As far as the food goes, everything was hot, fresh, and tasted pretty good. I had a chili dog and one of their berry lemonade drinks, which was actually really good. The only real disappointment was that there was no plasticware in the bag — no fork, spoon, or knife. That made eating the chili dog in the car a little difficult. Sure, I could have gotten out of the car for a second time and asked, but I would normally expect utensils to be included along with the napkins and straw. Nothing really stood out as exceptional, but nothing was terrible either. It's fast food, and for what it is, the food was fresh, hot, and enjoyable. I'd call it a solid 3 out of 5 stars.
