- XXXanJun 17, 20261.0This location delivered absolutely abysmal service. I placed an order for delivery scheduled for 90 mins later, it never showed. I called 2 hours after placing the order, the GM said it was being rushed out to me. Another hour passes, and I still have nothing, so I call again. Somehow, the SAME PERSON says that it must have messed up. Twice. Okay. At this point, I ask for a refund, and she says she can't do it at the store level but will have her area manager reach out to me and still deliver my food that night. Note: the order was missing my wings, so they didn't even get that right. 9 wait 7 business days, no refund. I call back and speak to the same GM, ask to speak to the Area Manager, am told they will call me on 2-3 business days. Another 5 business days pass and I hear nothing. I now call corporate, I am mad at this point, it's been over two weeks and I still don't have my refund. Corporate says they will have a DM or RM make this right. Surprise. Nothing ever happened. I paid money for food that arrived nearly 2 hours late, and was missing items I paid for, and Pizza Hut can't ever even take the time to make this right. I will never, ever go to this location, and probably never go to Pizza Hut again. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
