  We stopped in for the lunch buffet today hoping for a nice dine in experience, especially since Pizza Hut buffets are hard to find anymore. Unfortunately, this location really missed the mark. When we walked in, there was already another customer waiting at the counter with no employees in sight. We waited several minutes before someone finally noticed us from the back. The dine in area was completely empty during the lunch rush, while many customers coming in were there for pickup orders. From what we could see, there appeared to be only one employee handling everything. I understand that’s a lot for one person, and I do feel for her. At the same time, if you want customers to return for dine in service, the buffet and dining area still need attention. The buffet pizzas appeared to have been sitting out for quite a while. Most were barely warm and tasted old instead of fresh. We specifically asked if a fresh pizza could be made and added to the buffet, but it never came out during our visit. There was also no silverware available and no serving spoon for the pasta. For nearly $30 for two adults at lunch, we expected hot, fresh food and a better overall experience. Honestly, the drinks were the best part of the meal. I really wanted this visit to be better because Pizza Hut dine in restaurants used to be such a fun experience years ago. Hopefully management takes some time to improve the buffet quality and overall customer experience.

  Had such a great experience at the Pizza Hut dinner buffet in Buckeye! The restaurant was clean, the buffet stayed fresh and stocked, and the service was amazing. Manager Dylan went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and had a great dining experience. You can tell he really cares about his customers and his team. The pizza was hot and delicious, the salad bar was fresh, and everything came out quickly. Definitely one of the best dine-in Pizza Hut experiences I’ve had. We’ll absolutely be back!

  Terrible customer service and accountability messed up my order and manager too busy to even talk to me told me to call corporate and when I did corporate told me to deal with the manager at store🤷 food never ready on time and most all employees have a poor attitude, I won't return and wouldn't recommend to anyone avoid that place at all cost

  Nick was incredible!!! I have been to other stores with 3-4 times the people working and gotten cold food and terrible service. We walked in with low expectations. Then my mom can't eat pepperoni so Nick made a Hawaiian and a chicken pizza. The pasta was hot and delicious. The pizza was hot, well made, and delicious. Nick was kind and attentive to every single customer. He deserves a raise and potentially to work for a company who values him more. I would have hired him and tried to clone him. He was the only person in the store. The only person making pizza, the only person talking to customers. He was the only person!! He was the Man for the job.

  I stopped by this Pizza Hut location and was honestly glad to see one of the older-style buildings still around—it brought back some nostalgia right away. Unfortunately, the first impression didn’t match that feeling. The trash can outside the entrance was overflowing, which set the tone before I even walked in. Inside, the staff was friendly, and the dining area wasn’t terrible, but it definitely needed more attention. The floors and overall cleanliness were just okay—nothing awful, but not what you’d expect from a place that used to take pride in presentation. There was only one person ahead of me, and he ended up waiting about 10–15 minutes for a simple pasta order, which felt excessive considering it wasn’t busy. The store had a steady flow of online and pickup orders, but nothing overwhelming—something the team should have been able to manage more efficiently. My order took about 15 minutes, which was reasonable, but the pizza itself didn’t quite hit the mark. The crust wasn’t that classic golden brown I remember—it just didn’t have that same quality or consistency. What stood out the most was the lack of attention to detail. Staff seemed to have moments where they could’ve cleaned or tidied up but didn’t. It felt like a little more effort and pride could make a big difference here. One thing that was consistent with the old-school vibe—the place was a bit cold inside, just like I remember. Not unbearable, but noticeable. Overall, this location has potential and could easily be a solid spot again with some better upkeep and attention. As it stands, I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to return, but I hope they turn it around—because it could definitely be a gold mine with the right care.
