  Could not be more impressed with this Panera Bread. The staff was amazing, had a great experience with Brody & the Team Manager Angel. I don’t usually review food places but I had to because they actually showed how much they cared about making sure we had a good experience!!

  Disappointed. I finally got a Panera bread near me. I’ve only ordered from this place 3 times and the food has either been too salty or I just got the wrong item.

  Placed a pickup order for the first time since this place opened. Food took awhile and they were out of the salad dressing we preferred. However, Melanie provided the best customer service. Very patient and kind while assisting me. Thanks, girl!

  It’s a brand new Panera it looked great for just opening. Went through the drive thru only got 3 desserts. Employee had no idea what a scone was said he didn’t have it but did (Orange scone). I got a scone and two cookies with a passion tea. Took two people going back and forth about brownies and a girl hopping on saying they had one but not the other, I said it was fine and get to the window to be told they had no brownie or the bites which is fine I got the cookie. They probably had no joke 15 employees standing there chatting before they got my stuff to me. No eye contact, no greet and when the window employee was struggling he couldn’t get anyone’s attention for help. I felt bad for him. This includes what looked like a manager just hanging out chatting leaning on walls laughing with each other. They had one female running to get things for my order because the guy at the window kept asking who had it (3 pastries). Then they close the window after handing it to me and didn’t give me my tea finally after waving for like five minutes a different gentlemen came over and apologized and upgraded it to large and gave to me. Took 30 minutes with one car ahead of me to get through the line. Back patio was full of dishes they should’ve had the manager managing and send the employees to clean up out back because it was a mess. Ultimately I love Panera and will give them another chance but I personally feel the staff wasn’t properly trained before opening doors and they need a little more time to gather their knowledge on the menu and their job duties. Also, each one of my items were stale and gross not fresh at all!
