  I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant and other items, but when my sandwich came out, it didn’t look right. Then I noticed it had no ham. When I told them, I was at least expecting a new sandwich. Not only did I not get a new croissant, but they also put very cold ham on it. I love Panera, and I always have, but this time it really disappointed me. The food and the service were both disappointing. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

  Got me regular Mac instead of bacon Mac. Would've forgotten about my brownie if I hadn't asked. The price reminded me so swiftly why I have abstained from eating out so long. I'm not subtracting stars for this part but who in taf puts ice in a smoothie??? Just blend it in.

  Was looking for a place to eat with my family & friends and Panera Bread Verrado was the closest place. I should’ve listened to the reviews. The food was terrible. It was edible but my wife’s sandwich was burnt and my soup had only 3 croutons. My friend’s soup was missing the croutons entirely. We were also missing stuff from our order. Overall, the customer service was poor and the food was okay but not consistent. When we dined in there were also tables that were dirty and never got cleaned even until we left. Don’t recommend!

  Probably the worst experience with food I have had to this date. I don't blame Panera itself but this location at least was just completely terrible. I'm sorry for lack of words to describe this experience but the order we got was completely incorrect. The drinks that gave us was either incorrect or taste like dirty water. Not just the food was terrible and the order was wrong. My last impression after picking up the food was a worker staring at my fiancee in a lustful way. Do not recommend ever.

  Ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad & Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Salad was missing mixed greens, what looked like only 2 cherry tomatoes were cut into multiple slices and soggy. There was hardly any chicken, pecans, and apple chips, which is the main reason it’s named Fuji apple. The only good thing about this salad was the dressing. Had to add deli meat and more ingredients ay home to try and make it descent. Cheesesteak tasted good but was a very small portion that would barely feed a four year old. The whole cheesesteak was mainly bread and hardly any real ingredients. There was a loose piece of baguette dancing around in the bag, no wrapper or anything. First and last time going to this location.
