  If I could give zero stars I would. Worst Panera experience. I'm pregnant, been running around all afternoon/evening, and just wanted something light. Thought the new local Panera would be a good option. Wrong. Placed an online order, a few minutes later, I got an email confirming its ready which was great cause I just pulled up. Go up the speaker, they tell me they're still working on it but to pull up. Wait in the line for a good 15 mins (mind you there's only 3 cars in the drive through the entire time and I'm the second one). Finally the car in front of me gets their food and leaves. Get to the window, repeat my name, they hand me a bag and close the window. Missing my drink and soup. The lady at the window goes back, gets my drink and I tell her about the soup thats missing. I ordered the creamy wild rice. She leaves and comes back with an additional bag. As I'm pulling out, I decide to look and what do I see? A cup of chicken noodle soup. Terrible service, terrible wait time, all around terrible. Will never be back. And now this pregnant lady gets to go home hungry after a long day. Thanks for nothing.

  Order took about 15 minutes to be ready mean while I see employees laughing on their phone showing each other something. Then I get home and they legit gave me 3 pieces of noodles in my chicken noodle soups…. Words cannot describe how upset I am right now.

  Very disappointed, place really nice new and open but dirty it was early 9:00 am and floor, tables and chair dirty . Coffee empty and the one that had some seemed old . A lot of employees in the kitchen but no one cleaning and stocking on the lobby . Rather make the drive to the Goodyear location .

  I haven’t eaten in the restaurant yet but have gone through the drive thru and just did a delivery order for my Dad and I this time since he has never had it. The drive thru experience wasn’t as great since I got the wrong half salad but the 1/2 cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich on sourdough was phenomenal! My dad after eating the 1/2 portion of the bacon Mac and cheese with the 1/2 cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich on sourdough with chips he now wants to go to the restaurant! This time I had the amazing Mexican style street corn chowder 1/2 serving and the 1/2 ultimate garden steak salad which was superb!

  Came in for Dinner on Saturday, Ordered our food, sat down and we noticed the floor and window areas were all dirty and not because employees were busy, we were the only customers in there, it looked to me that the floor was not mopped for possibly many days, it was really thick with dirt mixed with grease, as I came to the counter when my number was called I noticed the floor of the back area, food prep station, so much trash and pieces of food on the floor, again, not busy... the employees were just standing around waiting for a customer to come in . I wanted to try this place as it was new to Verrado, I am sorry but we will not return, if the place is this badly mis-managed I can only imagine how my food was made.
