  I placed a $68 order online (including a $10 tip), when I got to the store they had nothing on their computer about my order. They rebooted the system and still nothing. The employee called the GM and when she came back told me I'd have to take it up with Doordash, but my order was on the JJ app, and had nothing to do with Doordash. Then she called the GM back and we got on speaker phone when he offered to let me order again and pay again and then they would get me a refund from corporate. I wanted them to just make my order and they deal with getting the money from corporate (that seems like customer service), he said this was not their problem and then he went on to tell me that he was doing me a favor and he was at home on a weekend and didn't need to be doing this at all.

  Every single person that was working on June 25th between 6:30 - 7:30 was extremely rude. No kind of customer service what so ever! 4 males and one female. Absolutely disgusting. I’ll just take my business to the Verrado location. Do better!

  Chicken bacon ranch sandwich with almost no chicken. It was basically bread, cheese, ranch, and toppings. For the price, this felt like a complete rip-off. If you’re going to call it a chicken sandwich, at least include enough chicken to see it. Won’t be back.

  I ordered a #16 and the bread was so smashed flat that it literally looked like a flat bread. The sandwich couldn't have been more than an inch tall. ONE slice of turkey folded lmao I literally had to add turkey from my own fridge to make it hearty. I wish id snapped a picture. The most pathetic baby sandwich I've ever seen.

  Was so disappointed with the sandwiches here. The bread on our non-toasted sandwiches were rock hard. Thought they baked the bread fresh every day. Barely any meat and so mayo heavy it was dripping out of my sandwich and basically all i could taste. The quality seems to be declining with each order. This was the last draw. Will pay more for jersey mikes. At least they never disappoint.
