  I thought Wednesday was half off wings? If not then I am good but if they were then I got over charged big time! I didn’t get my Philly egg roll because they were out but I didn’t get refunded either. Please clarify if it was half price wings on Wednesday or is that deal all over! Other things were disappointing also but that Might be just because I am Not a regular or because I had a big order. That is good. Ordered on line also but the wait was but they were really busy

  I ordered over $80 worth of food from this location through the restaurant’s own app and waited an hour and a half for my order. When I finally went to the counter to check on it, I was asked, “What app did you use to order?” Umm…the restaurant’s app. I was then told that my order had been refunded and canceled because they didn’t have anything I ordered except the wings. What makes this even more frustrating is that I received a confirmation saying my order was received, but never received a notification that it had been canceled or refunded. So I waited 90 minutes for food that was never being prepared. I was genuinely excited to have a Black-owned restaurant nearby in Buckeye and wanted to support this business, but this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. Supporting Black-owned businesses is important to me, which is exactly why experiences like this are so frustrating. Customers should not have to wait this long only to find out at the counter that their entire order was canceled. A simple notification, phone call, or update through the app could have prevented all of this. Communication and customer service matter. I really hope this location improves its ordering and notification process because this experience was horrible. SMH.

  Placed order online went to establishment to pick up arrived was told order wouldn’t be available til Wednesday. Wanted to place order while there they were out of food. Go on Wednesday to pick up order all items that were ordered were UNAVAILABLE again. NEVER will I go there again they need to be more organized have food available. Try to support small black owned businesses and look what happened.

  Seen them on Facebook so wanted to check them out Yes I got there very late right at closing 930p Soon I walk in they said they only have shrimp and fish left which I figure is that expected at closing The lady at the Cash register was very nice. But wish for better customer Service skills like i’m sorry we don’t have anything else left. We sold out of everything but please come back tomorrow how you hear about us or let me tell you about are wings! Nop you would think a new restaurant opening they do their best to promote and get new customers coming in the door. Ok I got the fish and shrimp The fish was gross did not taste fresh and it was soggy The shrimp also uneven flavored But there’s a nasty aftertaste in my mouth fry also The Old grease made the food disgusting The fish was not edible at all they really need to work on quality control now I have to be nervous if I’m going get sick. But for the price 15$ that was good deal ! I’m assuming they’re only known for their wings and fries but I can imagine that they would use the same grease to make those so I can’t imagine would be good either I give them a few more months to get it together

  My first time here and the egg rolls were on point I got the philly cheese one it was hot fresh and made to order and the fish was the best we had it was full of flavor and delicious this place won't disappoint at all the only thing I didn't care for was the rib tips from Harris the tips were tender but the sauce didn't have enough flavor for me when your from Chicago if the food doesn't hit your taste buds right it's a no for me but the guy is very nice maybe I should of tried the ribs it's just the sauce wasn't hitting for me but both places combined together brings a nice vibe
