I got chips instead of tortillas and they were stale I mean really stale. Nobody speaks real English they got the same non-speaking old Cook who makes way too much noise while chopping chicken and always gives me the scrawniest looking pieces of chicken. I don’t even know why I keep coming here. The owner of this franchise should definitely spend some time with his employees or get new manager who care about the product and can carry a conversation.

I recently moved to Buckeye and I’m used to going to Pollo Loco’s further down on the west side of town. I absolutely recommend this location if you live in the area and if you have the opportunity to get helped out by Wilber That’s even better this man deserves a promotion.
