Last week I ordered and they used cheap thin chips —it was a terrible soggy mess long before I was half done eating it. What a disappointment!!!

So either the blowers need to be cleaned or they need to figure out a different location for the actual vent. As always, if food was decent, it was clean in the store and no other issues. Just to note that I only rank fast food restaurants or quick serve restaurants as a three because they are a chain. You expect the same quality across the entire chain.
