If you plan on ordering ahead online to help them out… Don’t. It will cost you an extra hour of waiting. It’s happened to me several times at this location. I’ve only experienced this at the Watson road location. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize for your experience, that's not what we aim to deliver. Would you mind sharing this with our Customer Experience Team? They will be able to reach out to local management and make sure this is addressed. You can send them a message here: support.dutchbros.com/hc/en-us/requests/new We appreciate the opportunity to grow and improve! Thank you!

We went in through the drive thru, ordered an iced Christmas morning chai and a blended double rainbro sugar free rebel. When we were handed the rebel, it was completely unblended. The syrup and ice being completely separated from each other and didn't taste how it should've. We politely circled back and went up to the window where they offered to remake it and we agreed only to receive the same exact drink, almost worse than the last. It took them 15 minutes to remake the one drink with little no other customers in drive or at the window. We've ordered blended drinks in the past and none of them have looked like this.
