    I live across the street and come here multiple times a week. With that said I spend a MINIMUM of 20-24 in the drive through every single time. Even if i pull up to the line and im not back where the two lanes are. Iā€™ve never waited less than 20 minutes. Itā€™s usually close to 30 minutes and there is maybe 8-10 cars in front of me each time.

He always greets customers with a smile, keeps the line moving, and makes the experience fun and welcoming. Itā€™s employees like Cyrus who turn a quick coffee run into the highlight of your day. The drinks are always great, but the customer service is what keeps people coming back. Keep up the awesome work, Cyrusā€”you represent Dutch Bros extremely well!     Terrible wait times! The staff at the drive-through window talk far too much acting like thereā€™s not 25 cars waiting. It was ridiculous! If they feel the need to talk so long the appropriate thing to do would be to have the customer park and meet them outside so the other people in the drive through can move on with their day.
