- RGRichard GonzalesOct 5, 20261.0Weekend inventory shortages have become a consistent issue at this location. Almost every weekend, multiple menu items are unavailable, which is frustrating as a customer. If this is a recurring pattern, the ordering and inventory levels should be reviewed to better match weekend demand. Customers shouldn’t routinely have to hear, “We’re out.” On top of that the "manager" from last Saturday 10/03 was by far the worst interaction I've ever had to deal with from any company ever. He was extremely rude, refused me service and was overall a very unprofessional person to come into contact with. I will be writing the cooperate office strictly due to his unprofessionalism and arrogance. I genuinely hope "his" supervisor reads this. And I'll be back to see him often I'm a regular. No one at this location wears a name tag so I was not able to get a name. He refunded me with cash as well when I paid with a debit card. He was so angry he was shaking when handing me my refund. Not someone I would want as the "manager" in my establishment.

Now, almost every time I go, there’s a new person in the window and they always seem to have an attitude if I ask a question I met with a very short response. I always start off by saying hello good morning and In return, I’m never greeted back. This location is convenient because it’s five minutes away from my house but now I’m thinking about driving 15 to 20 minutes to a different location. That’s much more pleasant.

They have a line in the drive thru and when I get to order they say” sorry our drive thru card reader is down so we will only take cash. If you want to go inside and use the register you walk up to they can take your card”. I am stuck in line with cars behind me and a screaming baby in the back seat. I asked if they could take my order and use the front register to run the card. They said no. Now I am stuck in line with a crying baby I promised a donut to and I will get nothing. Absolutely rediculous. Don’t shop here.
