This is not the kind of person you want representing your company. Horrible service. No greeting, disgusting attitude & tried slamming the drive through window closed after I received my order. Even if there is an issue often things that are out of stock, it is replaced with something else and we can continue to enjoy our order and the people in this location. Both employees and customers as I’ve noticed there are other regulars amongst us ❤️

The customer service is consistently friendly, the drinks and donuts are always good, and I’ve even ordered through Uber Eats several times with everything arriving fresh and well packaged. Unfortunately, my visit on July 26, 2026, around 5:10 PM was disappointing. I stopped in to grab a single donut and was helped by a male employee wearing a dark gray shirt and a female employee wearing a blue shirt. I didn’t catch either of their names. The male employee politely explained that they were running low on donuts because they close at 8:00 PM, which I completely understood. However, as the female employee walked away with her back turned, my son and I clearly heard her say, “Obviously.” I responded by asking if she had just said that because it certainly wasn’t obvious to me. The male employee said he didn’t think she had, but both my son and I heard it clearly. I then asked if there were no other donuts in the back, and the female employee replied, “Yup!” in what came across as a rude and unprofessional tone. I ended up purchasing a donut anyway and thanked the male employee for remaining calm, respectful, and professional throughout the interaction. One negative experience won’t keep me from returning because this location has been consistently good over the years. However, I hope management addresses situations like this. Everyone can have a stressful day, but customers shouldn’t be spoken to in a disrespectful or dismissive manner. Professional and courteous service is what keeps people coming back, and that’s what I’ve come to expect from this location.
