I always come to get the vanilla creme cold brew ALL THE TIME until a couple of days ago I order that drink and I notice it look different and taste different and I ask the girl that was working in the drive thru if its the right drink and she said yeah and I told her its not the right one and she said it is and that "they stop selling the vanilla creme cold brew" and " they change the ingredients".... umm that dont make any sense but okay and the manager was walking by and said " i dont know the issue but they need to hurry up" and I said ill just go inside then. I went inside and told the manager I order the vanilla creme cold brew and this is not the right drink and she looks at it and said "yeah its not" and said" we dont sell that drink and dont have the ingredients" and i told her its still on the website and plus I see the ingredients in front of me??? Fast forward recently I went back order the same drink just to test it out and see if they "dont have it" and Clearlyyy they did have it. Experience there was not good, very unprofessional and lacking customer service bad. And yes im going back to get my drink remake because im not going to waste money on a drink I don't like and not what I ordered.
