- JSJosh SchuddeboomSep 18, 20261.0I’ve always enjoyed going to Chipotle, but today was easily the worst experience I’ve had there. My wife and I wanted to try the new Chipotle Lime Chips. There was one bag sitting next to the register, but it was already open. Personally, I’m not comfortable eating food that has been sitting open where anyone could potentially reach into it, so I simply asked if I could get another bag. The employee told me that was the last one. However, when I walked in, I had clearly seen several more bags sitting on a tray on the shelf in the back. I asked if she could check, and she again told me there weren’t any. After I asked her to double-check, she then said the bags I had seen were “for takeout only” and that I couldn’t have one. That’s what made the whole interaction so frustrating. First I’m told there are no more, then suddenly there are more, but I’m not allowed to have one. All over a roughly $2 bag of chips. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable or trying to get something for free. I just didn’t want to eat out of an already-open bag. The entire interaction became unnecessarily awkward, especially when it seemed like getting a sealed bag of chips required approval from a manager. I understand employees have policies they need to follow, but there has to be a better way to handle a simple customer request than making someone feel like they’re causing a problem over a bag of chips. Really disappointing experience from a restaurant I normally enjoy. I went in around 7:40 PM and I never yelled or expressed anger towards the employees

Yeah right for 5 dollars? No way! you ppl need to put a decent ammount of meat to start off with ...burritos and bowls full of everything else but the meat what the heck wrong with you ppl
