How difficult is it to get one order right? I was extremely clear about what I ordered, yet somehow the staff managed to get it wrong over and over again. At that point, it stopped feeling like an honest mistake and started feeling like nobody cared enough to actually pay attention. What made it even worse was the terrible customer service. There was no sense of urgency, no genuine apology, and no real effort to fix the problem. I shouldn’t have to keep correcting an order that I already paid for. I understand that mistakes happen, but three mistakes on the same order is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. If customers are spending their hard-earned money, the bare minimum is getting their order right and treating them with respect. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed. This location seriously needs to train its employees on basic customer service, attention to detail, and how to actually listen to customers. Absolutely unacceptable. I will think twice before spending my money here again. Do better, Starbucks.
