  The only thing about this location, at this exact Subway establishment, is that it is extremely cold, and there appears to be absolutely no way to turn the air conditioning down. A restaurant should never feel like a deep freezer when customers walk through the door. It is freezing cold inside this establishment, to the point where it feels completely unreasonable and uncomfortable for both adults and children. In the men’s restroom, when it came time for me to dry my hands, the hand dryer was not working. I was informed that the dryer used to dry your hands has reportedly been out of service for maybe five or six months. It should never take that long for a business establishment to repair or replace a simple hand dryer. After customers wash their hands, they are supposed to have some type of blower system available so they can properly dry their hands. The establishment is extremely too cold. If you come into this location, you practically have to wear three overcoats just to sit comfortably inside the restaurant. Late in the evening, it is actually colder inside the restaurant than it is outside. Children should not be coming into an establishment like this and end up coughing or sneezing because the temperature is unbearably cold. Little children are saying, “Mommy, it’s too cold in here.” “Daddy, it’s too cold in here.” “Uncle Billy, it’s too cold in here.” The children are saying that it is too cold, and adults are saying the exact same thing. This is absolutely crazy for a restaurant establishment to be operating at temperatures that feel this uncomfortable. It should not feel like 15 degrees inside any kind of restaurant establishment.

  This employee literally made my day! I stopped by this Subway location today feeling kind of rushed and blah, but the person working the counter sry i don’t know her name but she works in sat morning on 21st short little chubby cute 😁😁completely turned my mood around. From the second I walked in, she greeted me with the biggest, most genuine smile When I started ordering, she is super patient, listened carefully to every customization (extra veggies, light sauce, toasted just right) If every fast-food spot had people like this, the world would be a happier place. Thank you for being awesome at your job and for the great sandwich too! as she said all the time hope you enjoy it 😁😁😁 just missed sub crunch in it

  I tried just to see if it was open i asked the guy with the uniform was rude very very rude after he told me he was on his 20 minutes break I laugh and said you the only one working rn huh but like trying to conversat he responds saying the same thing in a louder tune and very rude I am traveling just wanted to let you guys now if you stop here I dont know but you guys but if some one rude when im about to get food or eat I just cant eat at that moment anymore lol more if thats who's making it
