  This Sonic location is straight-up incompetent and a total waste of time. I ordered THREE items online—two burgers and a breakfast burrito with salsa picante. They brought me the bag with just the two burgers and the salsa that was supposed to go on the burrito... but no burrito at all. How do you forget the main item and only remember the sauce for it? I had to hit the order button no less than five times before anyone even spoke to me. Then I had to call the store seven times just to get someone to answer. Seven calls. This isn't rocket science—it's a drive-thru. The level of disregard for customers is ridiculous. Don't bother going here. They clearly don't care about getting orders right or even basic service. Corporate really needs to take a hard look at this location because this kind of sloppy, no-effort operation is embarrassing. Save your money and skip this place entirely. Absolute disappointment. 🚫

  Can't go wrong with the classics. I got the Supersonic burger, the family got footlong coney, with sonic blasts and limeades

  Our order was taken at the drive-in station, and we waited approximately 20 minutes. After waiting, we pressed the service button and a female employee responded. She told us that we could not place an order. We explained that our order had already been taken, but she responded in a very rude manner and told us to continue waiting and that the food would come out when it came out. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, a male employee answered the microphone and informed us that our order had been entered as a drive-thru order. He stated that in order to receive our food, we would have to go through the drive-thru line. Immediately after telling us this, he turned off the microphone and ignored us when we attempted to respond. The entire situation was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Being told to wait repeatedly, spoken to rudely, and then ignored entirely is unacceptable customer service. I have never experienced such poor treatment at this location before, and I hope management will address this issue so other customers do not experience the same problem
