Why is this location always out of items or have machine down? It’s such a waste of time and gas as a paying customer. I would not mind at all but it happens so many more times than not. They will also tell you they are out of items when you take the time to go in person but will fulfill an online order for that very same item. They lie to people who take the time to come in person so that they can fulfill orders made online. We come at least a few times a week and the customer service from the night crew is consistently rude. It’s so frustrating overall because my kids love Sonic. This location needs so much help.

Night Shift is just straight up unprofessional & disgusting. Very Rude & lazy. I placed a mobile order this was @8:30p I ordered 2 fountain drinks, 1 blast, 2 corn dogs & a soft pretzel. Not asking for much right? Wrong! Apparently the little girl that came out said they had no ice cream & I can only get a soda or nothing in replace for the blast. Well at this point I don’t want the blast so I said that’s okay just take the blast off. She went inside & canceled my whole order without telling me. So I’m wasting my time outside thinking my order is getting made. She comes out & tells me that she canceled my order & that I have to order it again. I just left & went to the location on Van buren which is 10x better but the worker there told me that they get told a lot from customers that come from this location that they claim they have no ice cream & cancel orders during night shifts. This is just so disappointing.

No signage anywhere that states they are only taking orders through the drive through. They wait til you press the button to tell you and don’t sound very nice about it. Get home and I didn’t get what I ordered. I got popcorn chicken? I ordered a burger. I really waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes to not even get what I ordered. Waste of time. Not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere.

Thursday July 16th @ 10:11pm DISCLAIMER: if you live in the Tolleson/Avondale area, i’d strongly recommend the location over in Van Buren. my parents never have a good experience at this specific location, but my wife had her pregnancy cravings so she and my baby brother tagged along with me and decided to give this location a chance since it was closer. we parked in one of the stalls even though we didn’t know that they’re only doing Drive-Thru orders (i can understand why they close stalls at this time). the lady in the intercom told us that we had to go to Drive-Thru and was quite rude about it. we went to the Drive-Thru, ordered 3 Reese’s blasts (one with Oreo’s & chocolate) and she told us that our order came out to $22.83. i asked her out of curiosity if she charged extra for more toppings, and she gave us an attitude. i didn’t ask for her name nor did she have a name tag on, but she had her hair in a pony tail and had a septum piercing. i understand that she may have had a stressful day and is ready to go home, but we didn’t appreciate that she took it out on us. then to top it all off, when she gave us our blasts, she dismissively told us that they didn’t have spoons (which my brother called bull since he saw that there were plastic spoons inside). as good as our blasts were, the service alone ruined our experience so we will be sticking to the location over in Van Buren from now on.
