  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly have to give a HUGE shoutout to Olivia and Amanda because these two absolutely made my entire experience incredible. I walked in already feeling a little nervous because I knew I was probably going to be that customer with a very specific and complicated burger order. 😂 But Olivia immediately made me feel completely comfortable. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help were on another level. She went above and beyond to create the exact burger I had imagined. She listened to every little detail, never once made me feel like I was being difficult, and somehow made me feel like I knew exactly what I was doing. 😂 The burger came out PERFECT! exactly how I pictured it. But what really stood out was Olivia herself. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus someone who genuinely cares about the customer. Olivia was patient, kind, positive, professional, and just an all-around awesome human being. And I absolutely cannot leave out Amanda, who served the food and was just as amazing. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, positive, and thankful throughout the entire experience. Her attitude was genuine and welcoming, and she added to what was already an outstanding visit. Olivia and Amanda! THANK YOU BOTH! 🙏🏼 You made what could have easily been a stressful or complicated experience into one that was actually enjoyable. Smashburger, you have two absolute gems on your team. Employees like Olivia and Amanda are the reason people remember an experience, come back, and tell other people about it. The food was amazing, but the people made the experience. Seriously, thank you both for being awesome. 🍔🔥🙌🏼 Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough.

  Such a great experience at Smashburger! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out perfectly. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and everything tasted like it was made fresh. What really stood out was the service. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which honestly makes such a difference. Great customer service is hard to find sometimes, and the staff here definitely deserves recognition! Delicious food, great service, and an overall great experience. We left happy and full and will definitely be coming back! 🍔❤️

  First time visiting again in years - not sure why they changed the logo, but the quality of the food is as great as I remember it being! I got the Double Bacon Stack Smash w/ Pepper Jack cheese. Burger was made fresh and portion size was well worth it for the price. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back

  The hand spun shakes with Haagen-Dazs ice cream are the highest quality milkshake in the area and no one can convince me otherwise. I like In-n-out all the same, but will gladly drive the extra ten minutes in traffic for Smashburger on the shakes alone. The extra travel time evens out versus waiting in the frequently excessive line for what is now my number two shake. Also, if you don't look at the half a dozen emulsifiers all of the competition are using it may not matter, but for a shake that's made from scoops of premium ice cream stabilized the classic way with egg yolks for easily sippable perfectly sweet decadence, this is your spot. The Tractor Mandarin Cardamom with a little of the unsweetened tea is reliably refreshing after working up a sweat with being out and about during the peak of summer. This extra hydration comes in handy if you enjoy a proper serving of bacon on your burgers, so why go without? Smashburger may cost a little extra, but the end result actually delivers. For the Double Bacon Stack Smashburger, just take a gander at that textbook example. There is a reason no other spots are mentioned as each frequently fails on what their images represent, but not here and those places shall remain unnamed. The fries are crispy without being tough along with being perfectly salted, unlike when you need to request the extra crispy treatment elsewhere. Service is fast, friendly and asked if I needed anything without it seeming to be of any trouble if I had something in mind. Sure, there isn't a drive-through, but hopefully that doesn't stop one from a very worthwhile burger and shake. I will certainly be back!
