  Corey, frank, and Ben have excellent customer service! Very welcoming and quick with service. If they aren’t promoted already they all 3 should be asap. Good job boys!

  My pizza was delivered nearly 50 minutes after it had already been picked up, and the food quality reflected that delay. What was even more disappointing was the customer service. When I called the store, the individual who identified himself as the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He claimed there was nothing he could do to address the issue. When I politely asked for his name, he refused to provide it. I then requested the contact information for the district manager, at which point he became belligerent and ultimately hung up on me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I understand that delivery delays can happen, but how a business responds to customer concerns is what truly matters. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from or spending money with this restaurant again. If this is how customers are treated when they have a legitimate concern, it certainly raises questions about Food preparation and the overall standards and accountability within this location.

  Pizza Hut has great-tasting pizza with plenty of topping options. The food is usually fresh and the staff are friendly. The service can be a little slow during busy times, but overall it’s a good place for a quick and satisfying meal.
