I waited over three minutes at the counter just to order a drink. No one acknowledged that I was even there. I was just about to walk out and head over to Taco Bell when someone finally said something.

This is a great McDonald's one of the better ones I've been into my life. I would suggest taking your friends and family here. Smiles all around.

Worst location to go to. They up charge for EVERYTHING. I ordered a happy meal and was up charged for HI C orange. Okay fine. I asked for ranch and I got “oh there’s one in the box” so I checked and showed them the box with NO sauce in it. But they were quick to try to charge me for extra when I got none. They charge for extra sauce, which is fine but no other locations in the area do this. Then my husband went, up charged him for a drink he didn’t even order. So then he said fine, I’ll take the drink. They charged him for the drink and still kept the money for the up charge. Then again, quick to try and rush him off with no sauce in the bag when it’s a nugget meal. Told him “there’s some in the bag”….. NO THERE WASN’T.

Went to pick up my mobile order and waited for almost 30 mins and they never brought my food out. I went inside and they informed me there was a problem with my order. A manager came out and spoke to me regarding my order saying 2 of the meals I ordered they were out of. My order consisted of 4 other items they did have. I asked if I could receive the rest of my order but the manager refused to give me the rest of the order I had already paid for. He said he could not give it to me because I could get a refund on the app and he would be giving me the food for free. I told him I had been waiting for 30mins now and had already paid for my food and to please just give me the items they do have and I would not request a refund. The manager still refused to give me my food, which again I had already paid for and then went to help a different customer. Now I am trying to get a refund and the app will not let me because it says the restaurant had already started processing my order. Go figure, bottom of the barrel restaurant and bottom of the barrel customer service.

If I could give this McDonald negative stars, I would.. this has to be the WORST
McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered or been to.. always messing up orders and the workers are always rude.. Food is always cold and always missing items.. by far the shittiest McDonald around..
