  We recently hosted my daughter’s graduation party at Main Event Entertainment and the experience was absolutely epic. A huge thank you to Kelly, Kathleen, and the entire staff for making everything run so smoothly. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. We had a party of 18, and the team was extremely accommodating and flexible when we needed to adjust our time. They made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable for both our local guests and family members who flew in from out of state. Between the games, activities, food, and atmosphere, this is hands down one of the best entertainment venues in Arizona. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. I’ll definitely be scheduling future birthdays, corporate events, and family nights here again. Thank you again for creating such an amazing and memorable experience for my family and me!

  We had a great experience this past weekend while having a work family day outing. Alex the manager was super helpful and very attentive. Johanna was one of our hosts. she and her coworkers provided outstanding service throughout the event. The pizza and wings were very good. All the kids loved the bowling and games.

  Got there earlier in the afternoon 5pm ish not too busy. Lane was not working. Asked Page for help said she was to busy. Told me to go to counter so we go to counter wait about 5 minutes nobody shows up so my son went to count, I called the place talked to someone then someone finally came. Douglas was very helpful. We had to switch lanes no problems 6 in out group we were gonna order another pizza and he compt it. Really was not expecting that. Night turned out great after a little issues. Just wasn't happy about Page telling us she was to busy to help.

  I visited Main Event Entertainment to celebrate my son’s soccer team with a group of over 15 guests. We purchased the all-you-can-play package at $45 per person. After eating, we attempted to bowl and were informed the wait time was approximately two hours. We then tried to access the pool tables and were told the wait would be about an hour. Due to the extended wait for bowling, we decided to cancel that activity. At the time, I was not aware that my son and his friend returned their bowling shoes and received a refund for that portion. I would like to clarify that we paid the additional cost for the bowling shoes, and as advertised, the package includes all activities, with the exception of the shoe rental. We simply changed our mind due to the long wait time and were fully willing to pay again for the bowling shoes if needed. We then joined the waitlist for a pool table and waited over an hour. During that time, we observed other guests being seated ahead of us. As a result, my son attempted to rejoin the bowling line, at which point he was informed he could no longer participate because he had returned the bowling shoes. Additionally, his wristband had been changed, and he was denied access to bowling despite our group having already paid the full package price. When I attempted to address this situation, the manager, Jose, declined to assist or make any accommodations. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially given the size of our group and the amount we spent. I would appreciate a review of this situation, clarification on your policies, and an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused.

  Took the family out to Main Event to celebrate my son’s birthday, first time visiting, party of 5, ready to have a good time! We walked in and saw signs everywhere saying “Wait to be seated by a server.” Cool, no problem. We waited… and waited… two whole minutes before we had to flag someone down ourselves. Not the welcome we were hoping for. Once we got seated, our server was just kind of there didn’t ask if it was our first time, didn’t suggest anything on the menu, Nothing. Now shoutout to the chef because the food was actually good, that part delivered. But the drinks? Expensive for what they were. And I’m 30 years old, I know what a mixed drink is supposed to taste like. These weren’t it. Brought it up to the manager hoping for some accountability… and got nothing useful.
