Sal was wonderful to work with along with his entire crew. I received a warm hello, and a genuine smile when I walked in the door. The food is also fantastic.

The cashier, Caitlin, isn't properly trained for customer service; she’s angry and has a bad attitude when dealing with customers. I’m paying for my food! Caitlin isn't giving me anything for free or out of her own pocket! Now I understand why this place has 3 stars.

Arrive to an empty store which made sense because it was just past lunch rush. There were two workers there and they were on the phone one was standing with the phone receiver dealing with a situation that didn't sound frantic. The other was standing there looking at him about 18 in away and so I waited at the counter a reasonable length of time to me and began to contemplate turning around and walking out, but decided that perhaps it was important enough to have the only two workers on the phone the same phone at the same time. After hanging the phone up the one worker to his credit came over and apologized. I said no problem, I ordered three regular sized sandwiches. The bill was about $30. Seems about the average today so no problems there. Then the sandwiches we're ready. I paid the bill and left the store. I regularly ate at Jimmy John's once or twice a week but 8 months ago I went on a diet so I did not go to Jimmy John's as often. Now on average once every 3 to 4 weeks. I unwrap the sandwiches remembering how thin and light and very little meat they had had compared to just over a year ago. I know I had noticed it the last several times but I felt that they were holding on barely and still had a good taste and good enough experience. I tell you that these sandwiches were so small the bun was still a good taste but it was about the thickness of Wonder bread slice and the meat and cheesesliced 0.02 thin on the gauge meter having no taste and even the veggies we're so sparse that they look like a stain on the bread that was hardly there. I understand that the kind of prophet is hard to come by these days and that many places are shrinking what they offer the public. It somehow feels as though we are all becoming victims of greed. I understand that it is a normal response to goods and materials expanding and price but now it begins to feel like there won't be anything left to cut before much longer. Jimmy John's was always a place that I love to go. Unfortunately it has reached the point that I can no longer buy sandwiches from Jimmy John's but I am sure they would have to close their doors if they gave their customers the same value that they did in times past. I feel very very sorry for them and the other nearly all restaurants that have to do this. Of course keeping their door glass clean and the glass around the doors free from so much oily smudge would have lightened the disappointment for me. I guess it doesn't matter anymore because I am just so tired of being gouged more and more and more and getting so much less and the service was at best really unimpressive. Why go back to something such as this. Good luck to Jimmy John's I hope that there's some way they can turn this around one day. It was once worth my hard-earned dollars but it is not anymore I will find an alternative way did you enjoy my meals it's just not coming anymore to be able to do that.

$54 for 2 sandwich meals is outrageous. Although the ingredients were good, the AMOUNT of ingredients in each sandwich were VERY skimpy and not worth the price. $5.20 for adding 3 extremely thin, tiny pieces of bacon? Ridiculous. $2.60 for 2 slices of provolone is ridiculous. Getting 2 tiny & very thin slices of tomato on a $23 dollar sub, is ridiculous. The meat was good but only 2 slices makes for a very thin sandwich. For $54 dollars, we could have gone many other places (including sit down service) and received more value for our dollar. The associates at this location need some customer service training. No smiles, no eye contact, barely any conversation. Acted like it was the last place they wanted to be. I don't like leaving bad reviews but its almost insulting how much this meal cost for what was received. 4 stars for 'food' because the ingredients were good, but not nearly enough.
