  $54 for 2 sandwich meals is outrageous. Although the ingredients were good, the AMOUNT of ingredients in each sandwich were VERY skimpy and not worth the price. $5.20 for adding 3 extremely thin, tiny pieces of bacon? Ridiculous. $2.60 for 2 slices of provolone is ridiculous. Getting 2 tiny & very thin slices of tomato on a $23 dollar sub, is ridiculous. The meat was good but only 2 slices makes for a very thin sandwich. For $54 dollars, we could have gone many other places (including sit down service) and received more value for our dollar. The associates at this location need some customer service training. No smiles, no eye contact, barely any conversation. Acted like it was the last place they wanted to be. I don't like leaving bad reviews but its almost insulting how much this meal cost for what was received. 4 stars for 'food' because the ingredients were good, but not nearly enough.

  This location has some of the slowest service/employees I’ve ever experienced. I placed an online order for one sandwich at 5:20 PM and didn’t receive it until 6:00 PM!!! Nearly 40 minutes for a single sandwich. What’s even more frustrating is that there were absolutely no customers in the lobby at the time. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with extremely slow service at this restaurant. This is now the second bad experience, and there won’t be a third. I’ll also be contacting the corporate office because this level of service is completely unacceptable.

  Ordered 2 toasted sandwiches online and when we got there they said they tried calling to let us know that they had already shut off the toaster.... they did not call... now I have a COLD chicken bacon ranch sandwich. If they would have ACTUALLY called I would have canceled my order. Horrible waste of money for someone to lie. Now I have a cold sandwich that's not going to be eaten because the chicken is ICE BLEEPING COLD! Wish I could get a refund for waste of money and time and waste of food. 🗑

  I order here often for my son while I am at work. Its really upsetting everytime I order theres ALWAYS such a long wait time. We always get the sandwich soggy. I called today after waiting for over 1 and half hrs for thr sandwich to be delivered and they still had the sandwich at the store. I asked for my refund as my son fell asleep waiting for it and was told for the inconvenience i cam give you a complimentary cookie or chips. Now i have to wait 3-5 days to get my refund. This is ridiculous Jimmy John's. What happened to the freaky fast delivery? Update just got a call from the Uber driver 2hours and 5 minutes after my order was placed to see if I really wanted my order canceled.
