  Lately I've been on this kick of stopping by Jamba and getting their Acaí Primo bowl. This is not a cheap item. They're literally almost $16. I love that they're frozen with so much fresh fruit, and granola, an extremely satisfying treat definitely filling. Today I decided to stop by this Jamba location because it is closer to our new house. I highly recommend not coming here. There was one person working in the front at a snail's pace, leaving everyone to put in their own order at the counter. While this is not a bad option when you're low on staff, acknowledging customers would be nice. When I placed my order I was prompted to leave a tip. I chose no tip because no one was helping me and if they're making my food, that is their job, so I did not see a reason to leave a tip. Based on the fact that my order came after everyone else's order, that means two people came in and ordered after me, I was right not to tip. When I finally received my food, and it was severely lacking. Usually my container is busting at the top. They can barely put the lid on because there's so much fruit and smoothie inside. This container was barely half full. It's already expensive, the least they could do is fill it up. By the time I got my food there was another person helping, but still no acknowledgment and they were actually rude serving me. Again, I highly recommend the managers of list place retrain your employees.

  The sandwiches are small for the price. The lady working yesterday morning is such an outgoing personality she was great at being patient with me. Thank you so much for helping me. This place is delicious.

  The custumer service here is terrible, i dont recomend specially when they getting ready to close.

  We finally replaced unhealthy Baskin Robbin’s, and Freddys milk shakes with the healthy shakes here.
