I ordered a drink with strawberry chi they mest up instead of remaking it the girl just swirled starberry syrup and mest up my cold foam mind you I was charged extra for it .. I think I will save my money they really made me not want to go to Dutch anymore.. so upsetting.. if you go avoid this location

The young man taking my order was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. He was extremely polite and told me to have a nice day. I would give him a 5 star rating. However Dutch is getting a 3 star bcuz how can you have your employees standing outside in the AZ heat, with no shade, no misters…. nothing! I watched that young man blazing in the heat for at least 15 mins. When he was swapped out he looked drained while still being professional. Do better Dutch! This is showing how you treat your employees. Young man, if you see this… take yourself to Chik Fillet, they will treat you better.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
