If you have the option of driving down to the Dunkin donuts on 91st avenue and Thomas, you will definitely have a better quality of coffee. I've gone to this dunkin' on Indian school and Santa Fe trail a few times and I've learned they don't know how to make a dunka latte, you're going to pay $7 for something that was not nearly as tasty as the one at 91st avenue and Thomas. My latest experience was this morning. I ordered a large iced coffee with two pumps of mocha and three pumps of cream, which is one of my favorite drinks. However, this Dunkin, I don't know how they do it every time, but they always burn their coffee. So you're basically drinking a creamy burnt flavored drink. I'm going to give them one more try. The third time is either going to make it or break it. If it makes it, I'll come on here and give it a better review. But until I have that third time the review stands as it is. 91st and Thomas is not much further down the road. And if you're going to pay $4 to $7 for a coffee, you should get your monies worth by going to the one on 91st and Thomas. Otherwise you're just getting ripped off at this dunkin'.

I really tried hard to give this location a second opportunity to redeem themselves after the first time we tried it, but they let us down again. Our initial time trying this location we got two croissant sandwiches and the bread was way overcooked and burned the coffee with vanilla flavoring was way too strong and it didn't taste like vanilla at all. I went back today and ended up having to wait nearly 10 minutes for my food after putting a mobile order in in advance. Once I got home the hashbrowns were so soggy and stuck together not even edible. The bacon egg and cheese Bagels were missing the cheese, so it was just a burnt bagel with a tiny egg patty and a couple pieces of tiny bacon no cheese, a bacon, egg and cheese with no cheese absolutely terrible. I would not recommend coming to this location.

This is the worst dunkin ive ever went too. The girl manager and the little young girl that always has the pigtails in is literally the worst thing ive ever seen enter customer service. The lady literally never puts any flavor in my coffee and I order it the same way from 100 different Dunkin’s but every time I come here there is 0 flavor in my coffee. Today they didn’t even bother to ring in the flavors or any of my order for that matter until I got to the window and there was 0 flavor in it. She said “I heard you over the speaker I can double it. And hands me a coffee with literally half a bottle of caramel in it out of spite. I don’t know what that little girls problem is but we can handle it real life.

An order of hasbrowns = 6 burnt, old, and somehow soggy, gross pieces of whatever this is. Food was also absolutely smashed in the bags both sandwiches and donuts bags, the food was all smashed in their wrappers in the bags.

The staff in the morning is good, that’s the only time this Dunkin is worth anything. The afternoon shift is completely different, terrible quality drinks and food.
