  Purchased a large ice Matcha latte And the photo that I attached is what I got no, I have not taken a sip at all. When you purchase a large drink especially for the price, almost 7 dollars, it should be filled up. This is probably the 4th time that I went and the same thing continues to happen I have already complained once and STILL the same thing has kept happening. They tried to say that the measurements are based on ice ratio or some BS but I’ve went to other Dunkin’ Donuts and I’ve never had my cup not filled all the way to the top. This is less ice and with less ice you get less drink for your buck. When you get a lot of ice, you can’t even squeeze the cup from how much ice there is in the cup. I have been to other coffee shops and never had an issue with my cup being filled all the way to the top. Be better Dunkin!!!

  Lazy staff who can't be bothered to speak to customers or answer the phone in my opinion I wont be returning to this location anytime soon

  Food wise it’s okay. Service wise there’s this one dude with longer hair in a bun that just seems upset all the time. Like what did I do to you my guy. Zero greetings, in fact zero words from him. He just wants me to leave the drive thru? Okay fine buddy. Why work customer service if there’s no friendly service.

  Good customer service and drinks came out fast.
