  Counters were dirty, had to wait 12 minutes for my order. They were more concerned about mobile and drive through orders than taking care of orders in proper order my order # was 5028 and they were working on order 5038 so I will not be coming back. Very poor service

  Never had a bad experience until last week and this week. Ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese and when we got home and it had plain cream cheese and the bagel was very burnt. We let that slide. But then today I order a large dunkalatte and added cold foam. Cold foam is not supposed to take up half the cup! I recieved less then half of the latte. As much as we pay, this should never happen! Very dissapointed!

  My cup had a leak 😭 I kept wondering why coffee kept getting on me and thought the lid just wasn’t on all the way… until I looked in my cup holder and realized it was full of coffee.

  Purchased a large ice Matcha latte And the photo that I attached is what I got no, I have not taken a sip at all. When you purchase a large drink especially for the price, almost 7 dollars, it should be filled up. This is probably the 4th time that I went and the same thing continues to happen I have already complained once and STILL the same thing has kept happening. They tried to say that the measurements are based on ice ratio or some BS but I’ve went to other Dunkin’ Donuts and I’ve never had my cup not filled all the way to the top. This is less ice and with less ice you get less drink for your buck. When you get a lot of ice, you can’t even squeeze the cup from how much ice there is in the cup. I have been to other coffee shops and never had an issue with my cup being filled all the way to the top. Be better Dunkin!!!
