  This Chipotle location has so much potential because the patio area and overall setup could actually be really beautiful. The outdoor seating, palm trees, and open space make it feel like it could be a great place to sit and eat, but unfortunately it’s consistently dirty and poorly maintained. The patio furniture looks worn down, there’s trash and debris around the seating area, and the concrete and walls could really use a good pressure wash. There’s even drug foils everywhere. (Pictured) With some basic upkeep, cleaner outdoor spaces, maybe updated patio furniture and a few shades or umbrellas, this place could honestly feel welcoming and enjoyable. Right now it just feels neglected, which is disappointing because the location itself has a lot of potential.

  I ordered a steal burrito bowl. None of the steak was even edible. I spit out every piece. It is disgusting. If I didn't live 10 miles away I would return it. Chipotle should be ashamed serving this meat.

  Came in tonight and was told there was no guacamole, lettuce or cilantro lime sauce.. I ordered anyways but when I got home my chicken was colder than a Wisconsin winter.. now I know I had sour cream on there but that shouldn’t make my food that cold..

  can you at least wrap a burrito? manager at the register just watching the tall guy with glasses wrap everything HORRIBLY. i knew my burrito was going to fall apart i wish i told him to re wrap it. not enjoying this at all. next time i will make sure to have him re wrap the burrito. customers are people, not numbers. haven’t been here in months and just got reminded why lol. 8:30pm May 3rd.

  *FLYS AROUND THE FOOD BINS* The employees that work here need some a refesher. Their customer service is terrible. They have zero ability to express a welcoming demeanor, much less provide a satisfying experience when ordering. I'm pretty sure they do not pay for our portions, but they sure do serve it like it comes out of their check. On top of that, everyone that serves, serves different size portions! The young lady that helped me today had such an unfriendly and cold attitude. Then again, 99% of the employees seem like they hate their job! We go and leave our hard earned money there because we like the food, although lately it's just been getting worse when it comes to the temperature of the food AND today there was flies all over the food bins! I know that is a health code violation. I noticed them after having my bowls made. The employees started shooing them away but hopefully they took care of it asap. We go to Chipotle about 4 times a week and this location in particular keeps declining in every area- customer service, food portions, cleanliness, and now flies in the food area.
