- HFH J FJul 31, 20261.0****07/25/2026, Saturday 8:10 pm**** I am writing to formally report an issue regarding absolutely poor customer service and substandard product quality at your store on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at approximately 8:10 PM. The two quarts of hand-packed chocolate chip ice cream I purchased did not meet the standard quality expected from Baskin-Robbins. Furthermore, the service provided by the employee—who appeared to be a team lead wearing a blue polo shirt—was highly unprofessional and disrespectful! I requested sides of caramel and nuts, and inquired about the additional cost for a side of cherries. Before completing the transaction, I asked the employee to confirm that the topping cups would be filled, which she assured me they would be. Upon receiving the order, the cup of nuts was significantly underfilled, and the cup of cherries contained ONLY four cherries! When I questioned the $1.98 charge for the cherries, the employee dismissively replied, "We don't make the prices." When I subsequently requested a refund for the cherries, she aggressively stated she would fill the cup "this time." When I later called the store to request the employee's name to report the incident, I was informed that employee names are not provided. The employee's attitude was unacceptable, and I am also forwarding this complaint to corporate headquarters.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
