  Today, my family and I went in and I ordered a number 7, which is a foot long Coney with chili, we got home and once I pulled it out, it looked kind of dry but I unfortunately dismissed it and took a bite and actually bit into hard crunchy things that I spit out and it turns out it was the chili. It was so hard and so old it wasn't edible.I couldn't eat the hot dog at all.Worst chili dog I've ever had. If I could give negative stars for the food I would.

  After reading Sonic multiple responses, to customer complaints. I decided to make an observation. In the Sonic responses its a typical sorry. Why dont you hire a food manager incharge of quality control. Food cooked correctly, stail and expired food and cooking oil tossed out. Foot longs should have the same length bun as dog.

  Bright Saturday with my husband we go to Sonic. We place are order the waiter Ethan sweet kid brings us our food. I took a bite and noticed there was no bacon and I lovey bacon. I open up my burger and there was half of a bacon strip. Now guys I order the double bacon burger. When Ethan brought our card back we told him that me nor my husband got bacon. He apologized took it back. 10 minutes later brought our order back and apologized. I take a look at my burger lol and they added the other half of the half of the bacon from my first burger 😂. Now I am upset like seriously. So I go in there and Im like wth are you being funny do you not want to be here whats going on the cook was like did you ask for extra bacon. No of course I didn't the burger comes with bacon. Took another 5 minutes to make my burger and this time no pickles and yes there was bacon but burnt. I had asked for extra extra pickles on my burger. Instead of taking it back or going off on them I left. If you don't want to be there then leave why take it out on the customers. The only reason I gave 1 star for service is because of Ethan
