  Fresh made bakery bagels are great. Get it fresh its 10 out of 10. Day old for 50% off its still a strong 8. Good prices except they need to change where they get their milk. Friendly staff too.

  Prices eradic and certain product stocking is spotty. Several times no purified drinking water in big jugs. Shelves empty only small bottles/cases. Unacceptable.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the way Safeway handled a failed delivery and the way I was treated afterward. My grocery order was not delivered when it was supposed to be. After contacting Safeway about the missing delivery, it finally arrived the next day — but several items were still missing. Because the problem still wasn’t resolved, I had to go into the store in person. Instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel as though they did not believe what I was telling them. At one point, I was even told that sometimes Uber drivers steal customers’ groceries. What made the experience worse was the attitude I received from the delivery/picking staff supervisor. Rather than calmly helping me resolve a problem that I did not cause, I was spoken to in a confrontational manner and yelled at. I understand that delivery problems can happen. What I do not understand is treating a customer as though they are lying when they are simply trying to locate groceries they paid for. I should not have had to repeatedly contact Safeway, wait until the next day, discover part of my order was still missing, drive to the store, and then be treated disrespectfully while trying to get the situation corrected. This entire experience was frustrating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Safeway needs to take a serious look at how delivery complaints are handled and how customers are treated when something goes wrong.

  The produce does a great job of keeping it stocked and clean. However, every bakery person I’ve come in contact with is rude, some incredibly rude. I once had a girl yelling at me from the back of the bakery asking me what I wanted. When I didn’t answer right away because I was taken back she got even more annoyed that I walked up to the counter. I wanted to order a cake but I just walked away because she was so rude.
