  Showed up to dine in and their dine in hours were not correct. Placed an order online. When the order was ready the door was locked. I knocked on the door and no one answered. I had to call the store to get someone to come near the door. She refused to open the door. She would only point to the drive thru window. I had to get in my car and drive around to the window. I arrived at the window and no one is there. I had to honk my horn to get her attention after knocking and calling. Terrible service.

  I was a little disappointed because my pizza wasn't cooked quite enough. But it was cooked enough that it still tasted great.

  The staff was great the food was excellent this was the first time we had eat there we had the best meat lovers pizza

  It's not often you find a dine in Pizza Hut. We made a special trip.I have a date night at an old pizza hut, and this was the closest we found in the Phoenix area. Well, the interior is definitely not anything nostalgic. The food and service was superior. I wish I could remember the two ladies that helped us and if we can figure out their names we will add it to this review. If you're craving, some good old-fashioned Pizza Hut and wanna dine in. Maybe the interior is not what you're expecting, but it was clean and great to dine in. Please Pizza Hut, if you read this, go back to the old decor trust me, everybody loved it!

  I called ahead for a large pizza. It was very hard to understand employee taking order but was told the order would be ready in 15 min. I waited 20 min after arriving only to be handed a personal pan pizza. I finally got our meal home after another 30 min. The employee did read my order back to me properly. They also tossed in the PPP.
