- DJDesmond JamesAug 15, 20261.058 bucks for 2 pizzas and 4 20oz drinks. They forgot the drinks/gave the wrong ones. Had to wait on hold to get a refund cuz the manager was on the computer. Then had to wait longer to confirm the refund amount cuz they closed the screen aka they don't care. Was 12 something for 4 20oz drinks .... I feel bad for the delivery driver cuz he was nice and asked me to give a review online. 5 stars to him, but I will never order again. Mediocre pizza, not worth even 30 for the two larges LOL thanks for ripping me off.

The manager Steve called me to let me know they were out of brownies and asked if I wanted to swap it for something else. I really appreciated the phone call instead of just finding out when I picked up my order. But then Randy went above and beyond. He had his crew go to another store, pick up a brownie, and deliver it to me. I was blown away. I have never had customer service like this anywhere. Randy and his team turned a small order into an experience I will not forget. Thank you Randy, this was awesome. Five stars all the way.
- CFChris FoxJul 19, 20261.0Watch out for hidden fees on deivery. Gave the driver a hefty tip and then questioned the bill (as the breadsticks) were not in the order but the price was high. She said there is a $5.50 delivery fee which was not disclosed at the time or order. Tip would have definately been less, had I known that. The pizza was good, but when did they stop putting topping to the crust. Toppings were only on 1/2 the slice, PJ has been my go to, but will find another pizza pie place.
