- JAJayson AllenMay 1, 20261.0Foods not the problem. Whoever’s in there cooking tonight on 4/30 needs to find a new job. We walk in to pick up our order. Dude mumbles. We say “we have a pick up for (our name)” he mumbles again but can hear it this time “be right with you please.” Okay fair. Takes 5 min to mess around in the kitchen and with boxes. Grabs the pizzas that have been on the counter since we walked in, hands them to us. “Here ya go”. He obviously heard us when we said our name and knew it was ready when we said our name. Why make us wait 5 min?

I called and the manager was extremely rude and he was keep saying that I ordered through the call center but it's not true. I called and spoke with an employee like I always do. For 30 dollars pizza was literally not cooked enough. They did deliver a right pizza for me and didn't charge me anything but the amount of time that I spent on the phone trying to explain that the order was wrong and of course the manager was trying to put up a fight was unnecessary. I will not order Papa Johns anymore. Pizza and service is horrible.
