  I wanted to love this Dutch Bros because it’s close by, but after multiple visits, I’ve had enough. The customer service has been consistently disappointing. The employees come across as rude and unwelcoming, and it feels like customer service isn’t a priority at this location. What really pushed me to leave this review was the treatment of walk-up customers. The staff will make eye contact with you standing at the walk-up window, clearly see that you’re waiting, and still continue serving car after car in the drive-thru without even acknowledging you or opening the window. A simple “We’ll be with you in a few minutes” would go a long way, but instead you’re left standing there wondering if you’re being ignored on purpose. On top of that, the drinks are wildly inconsistent. Sometimes they’re drinkable, but more often than not they’re poorly made, taste off, or don’t match what was ordered. When you’re paying premium coffee prices, you expect some level of consistency. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in both customer service and drink quality. Customers shouldn’t feel ignored, disrespected, or like they’re inconveniencing the staff just by showing up. There are plenty of places to get coffee where customers are treated with basic courtesy, and unfortunately this location isn’t one of them.

  I absolutely LOVE this stand. I’m what you’d call a regular, and I’d like to shout out some of my favorite girls. First and foremost, Emma. She’s shown nothing but kindness, and has a smile that will light up your day. The rest of my absolute favorite broistas are Freedom, Liberty, Maddie, Eris, and Emmalee. I may even be missing a few. Those girls just do it different at this location and I love my (almost) daily visits. The only thing I’d change at this location is the lack of shade. These girls (and a few guys) stand out in direct sunlight with little to no relief. I think the community should start a petition for them to have shade and maybe even some misters for this brutal Az heat. They do it all with a smile, and certainly make my day every time

  Kinda an odd experience, we always go through the drive through line, today was the second time we got honked at. We always wait until the car we are instructed to follow behind is obviously ahead of us sometimes having to wait and hold up the people behind us and because of that we always get honked at. My partner doesn’t appreciate it considering we wouldn’t hold anyone up on purpose, we got yelled at by a customer because he thought we honked at his child…… ok….. before we could get to the drive through window we were given a refund and the employee was very inappropriate on how he approached the situation with us. I think there needs to be a sign saying be respectful no honking because obviously in that area people need to be told to be respectful. Won’t be coming back here removing our account with them going to black rock now. Better coffee and is ran more professionally.
