    I came here to order four drinks and went into the longer line. A worker was taking the order of the vehicle in front of me. Two other cars entered the shorter line after me and right after the worker was taking the car's order in front of me, he went to take the order of the two cars that came after me in the shorter line. The worker also looked at my vehicle prior to heading to the two vehicles that came after me. Seriously, Dutch Bro's has gone downhill, it's incredibly disappointing ever since they've expanded and you cannot escape them now. Customer service is either too much up your ass they won't stop talking to you or non-existent and you get ignired. No in-between. I will never spend my money at another Dutch Bro's again. Second location we've been treated terribly at. Save your money

    A bit too sweet for me. Their energy drinks are too much like drinking a red bull taste. I don't like the seltzer style of those drinks

    Always good drinks however today I was very disappointed got my drink and second sip in i thought oh the ice wasnt blended all the way then crunch nope thats not ice it was some kind of sharp thick hard plastic little bit of blood from poking me was very mad but they remade my drink for free but still irritated that it happened in the first place

    I wanted to love this Dutch Bros because it’s close by, but after multiple visits, I’ve had enough. The customer service has been consistently disappointing. The employees come across as rude and unwelcoming, and it feels like customer service isn’t a priority at this location. What really pushed me to leave this review was the treatment of walk-up customers. The staff will make eye contact with you standing at the walk-up window, clearly see that you’re waiting, and still continue serving car after car in the drive-thru without even acknowledging you or opening the window. A simple “We’ll be with you in a few minutes” would go a long way, but instead you’re left standing there wondering if you’re being ignored on purpose. On top of that, the drinks are wildly inconsistent. Sometimes they’re drinkable, but more often than not they’re poorly made, taste off, or don’t match what was ordered. When you’re paying premium coffee prices, you expect some level of consistency. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in both customer service and drink quality. Customers shouldn’t feel ignored, disrespected, or like they’re inconveniencing the staff just by showing up. There are plenty of places to get coffee where customers are treated with basic courtesy, and unfortunately this location isn’t one of them.
