  First and foremost, this is my favorite place to get pizza but I'm very unhappy with my lastest interaction. I ordered a pizza 2 nights ago to be delivered, I even gave a 5 dollar tip. At the last minute I was called and told the driver didn't want to drive in the storm. I used the last of my money so I was unable to go somewhere else. Not only that, it's been 2 days and my money still has not been refunded. I am really disappointed right now. I wonder how the driver was able to drive home after his shift but not able to deliver my pizza. Very upset with my favorite place to get pizza.

  Take the drive to the signall butte location trust me worth the trip. I have never even came close to disappointed at barros in over 20 years... but this location.. dirty, burnt pizza, no service, no napkins for eat in... I would not recommend. But hey its 2026 people dont care anymore and it shows.

  I ordered delivery for a half-and-half pizza, but they completely forgot the pepperoni on its designated side. The pizza wasn't even sliced through.
The kitchen staff only scored the very outer edges of the crust, leaving the entire center of the pizza completely uncut. I had to rip it apart myself, making a massive mess. The shape is completely warped and looks thrown together without any quality control. When you pay for an XL specialty pizza, you expect it to actually have the toppings you ordered and arrive ready to eat. Disappointing service.

  A shout out to a fantastic crew! I do carryout from this location about once a month. Their employees are always nice, attentive, and act as if they are happy to be working there. They leave a good impression on me everytime! Food is always good and hot.

  I ordered a salad for my wife and a pizza for us to share. After 40 minutes we had not received the pizza. The person behind the counter offered no explanation, offered to make one take out. I wasn't supporting bad service and said no thanks. They offered to refund the pizza and offered a coupon for a free pizza, I suggested they keep the free one as I was unlikely to return. No explanation, how hard is making a pizza, that was ordered from their menu, not a special order, by right off their menu. I understand running a business can be challenging, but give me a break...
