The Barro’s Pizza recipe comes from Grandma Angelina Barro who came from Italy in the 1930’s, providing a pizza unlike any other. People may disagree on whether it's the thick crust with its light, flakey texture, which almost melts in your mouth, or the wonderful spiced sauce that is the secret of this great tasting pizza. Barro’s Pizza also provides wings, salads, sandwiches, pastas, gluten-free pizza options, dessert, beer and wine.
Was very delicious, was my first time having Barros Pizza 🍕 for the price it was certainly fair and portion appropriate. Im looking forward to trying more of their products in the future.

We put an online order in for a thin crust pizza with ham/pineapple and wings ... Pizza was absolutely burned. I had legit one piece of pineapple on two slices of pizza and two pieces of ham. The wings were dry with very little sauce. When my husband went to pick up the pizza he said the employee was complaining about having to keep the ovens warm till 10. Look if you don't want to be open and make pizza on a holiday don't be open but if you're choosing to be open 1. Hire and train employees to do their job well that's what they're paid for and 2. Stop serving crappy food that was paid a lot of money for. Food is expensive and the least that a restaurant can do is make it quality. I don't think we will be ordering from this Barros anymore.

Your entire cooking crew needs to have an inservice at the signal butte location about ricotta cheese. You guys are adding way too much an it’s not not melting. Which sucks because I used to get delivery from that store but now that you moved in to the neighborhood I don’t have the option. I ordered a meatball and ricotta pizza tonight and it was disgusting. I know AJ is different owner but you need to figure it out.

Dear Barro’s Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience my husband and I had with your restaurant.
A few weeks ago, we placed a delivery order for a pepperoni and cheese pizza along with ranch and blue cheese dipping sauces. At the time of ordering, we were advised that delivery would take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. We completely understood that delays could occur due to the holiday and were patient when the delivery time extended to approximately an hour and a half.
After waiting, I called the store to check on our order and was informed that it had already been completed and delivered. This was surprising, as no one had rung our doorbell or contacted us by phone to notify us that the order had arrived. When we finally located the pizza, we discovered it had been left on the ground outside our home for over 30 minutes without any notification. As a result, the pizza was cold by the time we received it.
I called the store simply to inform them that we had not received the ranch and blue cheese sauces we had ordered and been charged for, and to make them aware that the pizza was cold because it had been left outside for an extended period without any attempt to notify us. I was not seeking a refund or compensation; I only wanted to bring the issue to their attention.
During that conversation, the employee informed me that she had spoken with a manager and was authorized to issue a credit. Because we frequently order from Barro’s and genuinely enjoy your pizza, I chose to have the credit applied to our account rather than refunded to our payment method.
Tonight, we decided to order from Barro’s again because it was a convenient option and, despite the previous issue, we have continued to support your business. The employee who took our order placed us on hold to verify the credit, then completed the order and advised us that delivery would take approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
Shortly afterward, we received a call from an general manager named Jacob informing us that our order had been canceled and that Barro’s would no longer accept orders from us due to what he described as “too many incidents.”
This was both surprising and upsetting. To our knowledge, there have only been two occasions where we contacted the store regarding service issues:
The delivery described above, where our pizza was left outside on the ground for more than 30 minutes without any notification, resulting in a cold pizza, and where the dipping sauces we paid for were missing.
A previous occasion when we received the wrong order and called only to inform the store, as we assumed another customer would likely be affected as well.
In neither instance were we attempting to obtain compensation or create problems. We simply wanted to notify the store of legitimate service concerns. In fact, during both situations, our intention was to be helpful and make management aware of issues that could impact other customers.
For that reason, being told that we are no longer permitted to place orders with your restaurant was unexpected, confusing, and disappointing. My husband also worked with Bruce years ago, which makes this experience even more surprising given our long-standing positive view of the business.
We would appreciate an explanation regarding why this decision was made and how two legitimate service-related concerns resulted in our account being flagged to the point that future orders would be refused.
We have always enjoyed Barro’s pizza, have remained loyal customers, and continued ordering despite these issues. We hope management will review this situation fairly and provide clarification regarding the decision to cancel our order and refuse future service.
