  I went through and the staff were nice but the young gentleman working the drive thru just needs to make sure hes reading the customer's order back to them at the window because I ordered Mac n cheese brisket bowl and got a brisket sandwich, ill eat it but for next time make sure the staff do the basics

  Ordered 3 sandwiches to go. Two were right, but the third, a double roast beef was actually a small beef and cheddar. Not only was it the wrong smaller sandwich, but I was charged for the larger. This is the second time in two to go visits that the order was wrong.

  Today was my 2nd visit to this location. On my first visit the 3 drinks I ordered were all wrong. On today's visit one of 3 sandwiches was wrong. I ordered 2 double beef and chedder's and 1 double roast beef. I was charged for the double roast beef but was served a regular size beef and chedder. It's inconvenient to return to the store for a refund. I just won't visit again.

  I dont normally complain about much at all but, as I was waiting for my order to come out one of the young men was eating by the fryer and he finished, picked his fingers and started walking around and did not wash his hands. That is unsanitary as heck and a great way for someone to get sick. Contamination at its finest. I told the young ladies at the front counter and said he needs to wash his hands from licking his fingers, the one gal looked disgusted, gasped and said oh ya I will tell him! Outside of that, I love the food, its always super fresh and tastes great!
