  I ordered a grass fed burger she has allergies to corn and gluten free bun we review both information would about price was bad the person taking the order clueless needless to say she asked us what side we wanted we said what are the choices she rattled off the list we picked onion rings we had those before can’t mess those up forgot to tell us 9.95 for the onion rings so total and of course no tip it’s pick up and the total is 32.99 WOW talk about price gouging this takes the cake ps burger the burger it’s about the size of White Castle Good Luck also Manager she about 16 great choices old saying price is what you pay quality is what you get only problem where’s the quality,clarification

  Love the burgers here, fresh and good quality beef. They have gluten free buns. Great sweet potatoe gries also. Salad options, great service. Recommend!

  The red headed male bar tender is very unhelpful, abrasive and impolite.

  Have been in to Tru Burger many times. Tonight we decided to try takeout because we didn’t want to go through all the wait. What a mistake. First my burger was burnt. Bacon burnt. Fries soggy. But I will stomach it. But I also ordered the adult Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken. We have ordered this many times and it is great. Apparently they were out of it and did not tell me. They attempted a substitute which is clearly Kraft Mac and cheese. Then the absolutely burnt to a crisp chicken was placed on top and boxed up to go. Never did they tell me but when I got home I saw a note on my receipt “sorry we were out of the white cheddar Mac”. So I paid $54 for the worst meal I think I’ve had. A simple phone call would have been nice to offer a sub for the Mac. But instead they tried to hide it but give me a substitute equivalent of a charred chicken and child’s Mac and cheese. lol. Thanks! ***edit*** As soon as this posted I received a phone call from the owner. As bad as the food was I am extremely impressed with the customer service. Many times it’s not what was done wrong but what is done to fix it. Thank you for making this right.

  We paid over $50 for two people with no drinks. Honestly, it was good but not $50 good. The hostess was a bit standoffish but it was the 4th of July weekend. For being an Anthem you don't get a ton of choices so it's worth a try if you like burgers. It's kind of a pressed fat Patty that reminds me of those burgers that are pretty impressed and thrown on a grill. I just didn't get that grill greasy flavor. The fries are the thinner type of fries and they weren't terrible. I honestly prefer a Culver's, Chili's, or even Freddy's burger better. But maybe I just had a bad day there. I may go back and find out but for over $25 each, for a burger and fries ... Probably not.
