  Very bad experience. Ordered a sub online. Picked it up went home and there was no meat on my Philly. Brought the sub back to have it fixed and was refused. Go to jersey mikes!! Better and local

  It's been a year since I have been back to our subway in Anthem Arizona because of issues. Anyway I thought I would get a meatball sub. The young lady made my meatball sub and toasted it she was pleasant. I got home and but into the sub and the meatballs and sauce were Luke warm at best. I grabbed one if my restaurant thermometers and probed the meatballs they were only 103 degrees. I know from my 40 years plus in the restaurant buisness as a Chef that most likely the young lady took the meatball pan from the refrigerator and placed it in the steam table without heating the meatballs in the oven to 165 degrees and then holding the meatballs at 145 degrees in the steam table. This unfortunately is very common I have mentored and trained hundreds of young cooks and have seen this many times. Unfortunately it can make your customers very sick from food born illness including myself. Someone needs to properly train and hold the team member accountable perhaps with a time temperature log. This is a simple kitchen with only a few items that need to be properly heated and held perhaps explaining how important it is that they follow these standards will help. I'm hoping I don't get sick from the two bites I took out if the sub sandwich. I threw the rest away. If someone that reads this can send me a lunch voucher to make up for my ruined lunch today that would be great.

  There super slow here but the staff are really nice. It's clean here, have a seating area and sodas are good. Like any subway always fresh.
