Drive-through for breakfast early morning, Tuesday 7 AM. I ordered egg McMuffin. There was a little bit of eggshell on my sandwich. I understand it’s not easy using fresh eggs however, when I make my eggs, I never use eggshells. I tried taking a picture of it, but it’s not that easy when it’s chewed and mixed with egg whites.

This place had 20 minutes to make a Doordash order and did not start it until I arrived (after the 20 minutes) as I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for the order they didn’t even start until I had complained about it not being started.

The screen where you place the order stopped working right before we could pay, so we had to start the order again.
The air conditioning isn’t working, even though it’s 100 degrees Fahrenheit. On top of that, we waited twenty minutes for our food, even though there was nobody else in the McDonald’s. It was quiet.
This McDonald's is reasonably clean and wasn't too busy. They have the kiosk for ordering and there's plenty of seating. The breakfast food came out fresh and so was the coffee. A few minutes wait on the food. but nothing too bad. There's plenty of parking on the outside and there is an accessible entrance area
If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely rude, unprofessional, and either lying or uneducated staff. I'm on a 5 hour drive and need to get a coffee and pee. I venture off the freeway and see this McDonald's and head there because McDonald's is a familiar "face" in a town I've never ever near been before, with reliable restrooms and the coffee is a "known variable". The normal hours are until 10pm, but there's a homemade paper sign on the door saying they close early tonight at 9pm for "technology updates" (ummm... nit really buying that excuse). I walk in at 8:55, knowing I might be too late for coffee. An armed security guard follows this little middle-aged woman, still in my business clothes as I'm headed to a far-away work conference. The employees rush up to me and I ask if I can still get a coffee even though they're closing in a few minutes. They say no. Okay, I'll just use the restroom then. They say no and the 19-year-old "security guard" comes closer, making his presence known. This doesn't seem to be a rough neighborhood, mind you. It looks like a planned, upper-middle-class retirement community. I say, "Well you're still supposed to be open for a few more minutes and I've been driving for several hours". "No, if something happens to you then we're liable" says the 19-year-old looking apparent manager. First, no, that's not true-- it wouldn't matter if it was 5 minutes before closing or 5 minutes after, if you would be held liable at 8:26 pm for something happening to me, you'd be equally liable at 8:56 pm. Second, what the hell is going to happen to me at 8:57 pm that's so much worse than at 8:27pm? Is my tampon going to turn into a pumpkin or something? Well buddy, I have news for you: I'm post-menopausal so we don't have to worry about that. Is there a phantom of the McD's that materializes at 8:59 and 59 seconds?
Clearly weird stuff goes down at this location after sundown... I wouldn't stop here after dark if I were you.
