If you order in store the food is ok, but pick up orders are awful. The bowl is filled only halfway, the ingredients look like they’ve been sitting for awhile. The tortillas were cold, and things were missing from my order. This is the 3rd time it’s happened so consistently sub-par service. I called to let them know, but nothing changes. I won’t be ordering from here again. Pretty disappointed since I love Chipotle and was so excited to be getting one in anthem.

The food was good like all Chipotles just the service had more to be desired at this time. The girl that helped us seemed new as she kind of had an attitude. At least the guy, manager?, was helpful. Thank you.

Haven't been to Chipotle in forever. Now I remember why.
The portion size is a joke and inconsistent. The bowls have hardly any meat even after Chipotle baits you in with a reward/promo of double protein if you spend more than $5. They literally didn't even put one full serving of meat in the bowl that was supposed to have double protein. The bowl was only filled about 2/3rds of the way full if even that. The portion size was small enough my first thought was, "why did they use such a big bowl that looks so empty" then I realized it's supposed to be more full.
Avoid doing a mobile order because if you don't watch them make it they will do miniature portions.
Better yet, save your money by avoiding chipotle and supporting a local small business that won't try to rip you off.

The negative reviews almost deterred my family from eating here, however we were all pleasantly relieved to discover it's normal, decent Chipotle quality; hot, fresh food, all the sides were available, chips weren't stale, service was fast and friendly, portion size was generous as usual. Will report back if food poisoning sets in but so far, so good; bellies are full, no complaints about this Chipotle.

This is my family's 1st time eating at this Anthem location. The line stuff greeted my family with smiles and were accommodating us throughout the line without any issue. The food on the line looked fresh and all sides were present. Even though it was off peak I noticed that there was an employee on grill, working on a new batch chicken and steak. Steak, especially looked really good and not dry at all, with a slight pink line in middle. The portions were well measured comparing to other locations. We were able to meet a general manager Isaiah (I believe his name?). He seems a very enthusiastic about his store. It was off peak time and we were able to have a table without an issue. Seems like this restaurant on a risen and before we know it will become a busy place. I noticed that some local costumers, through neighborhood social media, expressing overall concerns about elevated prices in Chipotle. Personally, I didn't find $9.95 for a full chicken bowl or $11.80 for steak bowl excessive vs other similar restaurant with a similar amount of food served. The bowl comes with a wide selection of optional toppings and extras. Chips, guac, and fountain drinks are always optional, you not obliged to order it, to get a large meal and a full tummy. Yes, 10 years ago you could get a chicken bowl for $7 and steak bowl for $8 but so as other aspects of living was less expensive. With inflation and economical changes I believe their prices were adjusted fairly. My family will be back!
