  Please improve and have a meeting with the manager at this location and training employees to start give ppl full spoon portion of protein! Since it is a joke how you gave me so less of protein while you give the next customer full bowl of meat! Disappointed please improve

  It is fine to have cashiers that do not know how to sell a gift card. What is not fine is for them to keep putting other customers with food in front of you and not going to get any help to run a gift card. Two cashier employees one right after the other told me they did not know how to sell a gift card, but neither one of them did anything about it. Manager please teach your employees that if they don’t know how to do something that they need to find someone who does. The manager was over spooning salsa, and could have been told at any moment “I need help” by the employees but instead the employees just kept ringing people other people up and starting more food orders never getting me my gift card till I would not move and the backup began. You have to run the register first otherwise all that happens is food orders keep being made and backed up because of a register problem and everyone’s food is sitting there getting cold and they can’t be rung out at the register. Register problems come first otherwise it backs up the whole thing. I have purchased several hundred dollars in gift cards at this location since it opened and I am done going there for gift cards or food. If there is a problem at the register, it just means I’m going to get cold food.

  Honestly wish this could be a good review however this place needs new management. The staff don't seem to want to be there usually have an attitude. If you order online for pick up just know you will not get proper portions, usually old looking meat, cold tortillas that were never fully cooked, your sour cream will have corn and lettuce in it. Your salsa will have lettuce and cheese in it. Your meat will have scraps of rice and beans mixed in it. They clearly just throw food around in the back and keep nothing clean. The workers were also spraying cleaner with open food right next to it. This all comes back to poor management and setting proper expectations for your staff. If you aren't good at being a manager your store ends up like this. Just saying if the right leader is hired your staff would probably easily turn it all around. To top it all off they charge sooooo much for sub par food and small portions it's not even worth going here anymore smh what a waste of location. Thought we could maybe drive 3 miles down to the dove Valley rd location for better... they as crazy as it sounds are actually even worse smh

  The service is horrible. These kids working behind the counter have no clue how to treat a customer right and they even got my order wrong. My steak burrito barely had any meat on it and they filled it up with 90% white rice. Had to send it back 2 times. 0/10 Don’t even bother eating at this chipotle. 👎
