  So disappointed in our food. The wings usually have a ton of sauce and they were so dry and overdone. And our pizza was cold when we got it. So sad cause we love barros and this time was just the worst pizza and wings we ever got from here.

  Ordered a pizza from here to pick up, get to my truck eat a slice and the pizza has no sauce on it... I've never had a more dry pizza in my life... I was really looking forward to having pizza and it's dry, no sauce... how do you forget to put sauce on a pizza..

  When you come here you have to get the salad bar option it is super good !

  Overall, this was a terrible experience. The pizza was undercooked and I ordered a thin crust, but it arrived floppy and not prepared properly. The pizza was also delivered upside down through a third-party delivery service. I called and spoke with the manager, Matthew, about the issue, but he was unable to provide any compensation or offer a solution. Unfortunately, he was very unhelpful and came across as rude. This was extremely disappointing, and I do not feel this was handled appropriately.
