  Do the carhops not know that we can tip online? There should be no reason after I made an online order and tip that they are standing there waiting for another tip. It’s so annoying

  Just left this location. I normally come here to this location because everyone hypes up how much better this one is compared to the one located in Forrest City. I’ve never had a complaint until today. Drink order was wrong, and I had to have my burger remade 3 TIMES! And still in the end the Manager I assume ensured that the 1st remake was done fresh, which was a whole lie because it was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted, I told him to touch the patty but he wouldn’t. The bacon still looked old and greasy this truly pissed me off like come on now! I already didn’t even bother to complain about the chewed up half order of tatter tots yall gave us. Like come on now! Serve people what YOU would want to be served. It should be mandatory that yall make stuff to order so everything can be fresh. Make ppl hate even spending their money 😒

  Usually I have no problems at this location but today my carhop was nothing but rude. She came out, spoke my order out so fast I didn’t even understand her, then she shoved my drink in my hand, didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt which was thrown away and walked off, I get people have bad days but that doesn’t mean they should put it on the customers. I usually just put stuff like this behind me but that was very unprofessional.
