  Horrible place took 25 minutes to fill order employee was playing with the food and the order was cold and gave me a stomach ache, this place needs to be closed down or get a manager in here who gives a hoot about service

  This may honestly be the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever visited in my life. The employees don’t even act like employees. Every single one of them is glued to their phones. Even while taking customer orders, they’re on speakerphone having loud personal conversations, completely ignoring the customer standing right in front of them. At times they literally sit or lounge around near the register instead of working. What’s even more unbelievable is how painfully slow the service is despite the restaurant not being busy at all. Watching them make a burger feels absurd they’ll put down one bun, disappear mentally or physically, and add the rest of the ingredients much later as if there’s no urgency whatsoever. This is supposed to be fast food, but this place operates like “slow food.” The level of unprofessionalism here is shocking. The staff seem uninterested, distracted, and completely disconnected from basic customer service standards. I genuinely cannot understand how a major company like McDonald’s allows a location like this to operate without supervision or accountability. Absolutely terrible experience!!!

  I have lived here about a year. Tried to eat here maybe 5x. The ice-cream machine is always broken. Food is typically good, service too.

  Ordered a bacon quarter pounder and got the bun and bacon but the patty was for a little regular cheese burger.....🤦
