I placed an order using the app. Decided I didn’t want the sandwich. I attempted to cancel the order online, didn’t receive a notice about the order. Called the store to cancel the order, I was informed it was cancelled. However, the store never cancelled the order and I never received a refund for the purchase. I called back and never heard back from the store or the owner. Horrible customer service.

I must say this was the first time I've ever ate at a Lenny's and they definitely impressed me. I will be back. A bit pricey but great taste.

My 87 yr. old mom went to get 2 Italian salads and the person working the window said they don't have an Italian salad. Liars! I want my money back!

Usually love Lenny’s but this trip sandwiches were not up to usual quality. Hardly any meat . Only Lenny’s we ever had this issue

Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1st was a Philly cheese steak with extra onions and bell pepper. The cook neglected to put cheese on the sandwich when I called to inform the employee said the cheese was probably under the meat. Who ever heard of a Philly cheese steak with cheese under the meat. It wasn't there. On the same order I asked for their Veggie sub it was loaded with onion and bell pepper. It had some lettuce a couple slices of tomato and cheese. No mayo, no mustard, it did not include the requested pepper relish. It was just onions and dry bread. Very disappointing
