  I do not typically leave reviews, nor do I ever leave a negative review because I know we’re all only human. But I placed a Carry out order that was ready at 9:28 PM for my toddler. I run inside and they cannot find my order, even though on the screen and the tracker app it shows that it is ready. So I get my phone and toddler out of the car - because they tried handing me the wrong pizza twice, not understanding what a stuffed crust pepperoni and a pan cheese is - I am sweaty and covered in spray paint from work, with a 40 pound toddler on my hip, and they acted like nothing was wrong when they handed me my pizza 20 minutes later. They offered me a free drink for the inconvenience, but the other patron in the store was more understanding of my frustrations than they were. Do not mark an order complete if it is not made. And if a delivery driver accidentally took it, or if you just truly forgot to make it, be honest and tell me. But do not have me standing in the store for 20 minutes, waiting for some sort of answer. I will never again use West Memphis Dominos – and that is sad considering 9/10 times that my toddler wants pizza, this is where I go. * And no, I did not make a scene. I simply took my order 20 minutes later and I’m hoping that future patrons use caution going to this location.

  Another example of a fast food business run by young people who don’t care about their future. One guy presses the wrong button, had to call to promise my order was indeed coming; delivery forgot one of the sodas and shoved the food in the bag like he was making a bank heist and the alarm was sounding; whoever made the pizza cut the thing like a child. It’s a good thing I’m just passing through and will never have occasion to choose this Dominos again. Oh, and their phone number didn’t work…

  Ordered online 1. Pizza was cold 2. I ordered Garlic bread bites, received parmesan theres clearly a difference on taste even dusting off the parmesan. I know order sat for a while because the bread bites box is drenched in grease. Thanks alot for the shitty product quality. When i have to hop off my truck and have to warmup the pizza i thought would be fresh and hot, it ruins the experience being a truck driver i have limited time in certain cities, now im SOL to have had a pleasant lunch

  The manager with the Nasty Attitude needs to be really Fired. Her Customer Service is BAD 👎. Canceled my delivery at the last minute then going off and hang up in my Face.
