    Took over 30 minutes to get a hotdog and hamburger both of our drinks did not have ice in it because I’m guessing they were sitting there that long it melted. There was probably 3 cars when we order

    27 minutes after checking in with a mobile order of 2 drinks they still hadn’t brought out I finally had to buzz back to cancel my order and refund me, which took another 5 minutes for them to answer that time. They never brought my refund receipt out either

    We ordered a slush and a shake and we waited 45 minutes. Finally flagged down a carhop and they said everything was screwed up with the receipts. Could have answered the phone or the call button.
