  It took one hour to get my mobile order. It was two drinks and a bag of ice. The slush had no ice in it, it was far from slushy. After an hour I just cut my losses and left.

  Pulled up to stall 14 pushed button to order said button was pushed then reset. I pushed it again same thing. I sat there 10 minutes no one even came to see what the issue was. I moved to stall 8. Pushed button same thing said button activated then reset. I pushed it again. Nothing. I then stopped a carhop she said oh someone was suppose to park here this one doesn't work. I said well number 14 isn't working either. She said ok I'll be back to take your order after I deliver this food. After seeing her deliver the food and walk back inside I decided to mobile order. While I am ordering in the app a different carhop came by and asked if I was doing a mobile order cause this stall doesn't work. I also told her that stall 14 doesn't work either she just said ok and turned around and walked in. If something isn't working put a sign on it or at least do what you say you are going to do for the customer.
