  We always have a great experience at this McDonald’s! The staff is friendly, the restaurant stays clean, and my kids absolutely love the play place. It’s one of their favorite spots to go and makes eating out so much easier for parents. 😊

  I just moved to Van Buren. From Texas. To be honest I do like the playground for my children but it is very dirty I wish they could be a bit cleaner on cleaning tables and restrooms and children's playground. Other than that service is okay.

  We were traveling on the interstate around 8pm or so and all we wanted was a good Coke and Dr Pepper from McDonald's. 2 teens working, one at each window. Basic manners in food service need taught. I used to work at McDonald's as a teen. So I know what it can be like. They don't have to be over the top friendly or anything like that. Just basic manners. Anyway, looked like a tablespoon of ice in each drink. It's dark back there. So I thought well the drinks are usually cold enough anyway even if there's almost no ice in them. I should've checked them right there before driving off. I don't like to hold a line up so hurried away. By the time we hit the road we realized we have hot drinks. Hot coca-Cola is not good. We both drank about a fourth of our drink on a 1 hour drive. Time , money and effort wasted. Glad it wasn't more. Visit before that had cold buns on a fish sandwich. Yuck.

  Dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. No ketchup. Every table was dirty with fluids or messes on them. No straws, napkins, lids in dispensers. The only positive thing was the young black gentleman who seemed truly interested in us. Super friendly and polite
