  I don't leave reviews, but this is getting excessive. I have gone to this dairy queen several times and have never had a good experience. I asked for a sundae with chocolate soft serve and was immediately told "we don't have chocolate ice cream" very rudely. Not that they're out, just that they don't have it. Of course I know that dairy queen does, in fact, have chocolate ice cream, so I just sat there for a minute confused when I should have driven off then. I got the sundae and a blizzard. I drive up and almost immediately an given a very messy sundae, with no lid and the spoon opened and shoved in. I then sit for several minutes waiting for the blizzard. In the meantime, I watched someone prepare food without gloves and heard a tall woman behind the window say "what is she waiting for" while giving me a dirty look. I then watched someone hand my blizzard to the lady behind the register as she, with no gloves, wiped off ice cream that had gotten all over the cup. And it still wasn't clean as there was more on the bottom. She handed me the blizzard with the napkins she used to wipe it. When she did, she tilted the blizzard so that the ice cream hit my hand when I grabbed it. Will not go back again.

  Had a pretty quiet lunch here with the family. The lobby was mostly empty even during lunch hour. Bathrooms were clean. The online ordering system messed up our order but Chelsey was very professional in getting it fixed and Thad (Tad?) checked on us to ensure we were taken care of after the problem was solved. Food was exactly what you expect from DQ. Non dairy dilly bar was better than I expected for being deprived of dairy.

  Please… for the love of God do not order anything but an ice cream from here.. trust me. I’ve never had a burger & onion rings taste like it did. I would not be surprised if I turn up sick in the next few hours. I’m not the type to go online and write a negative review so that is all I’m going to say.

  Closed by 9:20 pm is crazy when it says 10 pm on the website
