Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- CBC Bl5 days ago1.0To the employee who whispered to the other employee a "don't worry about it" before handing the salad with bacon on it in a bag to me and I didn't know until I got home even when I asked *three separate times* prior/during/and after the order that the garden salad has no bacon and they said it doesn't but then get home and it has obvious bacon strips, you should be ashamed of yourself.
- DPDaniel Perea6 days ago3.0I've loved going to Whataburger since I was about 12. Best burgers ever! I still love the taste but, the prices are getting way out of hand. And it's not just Whataburger. It's every restaurant chain. Sometimes, even the small restaurants. It's getting so I'd rather start cooking at home. And teach the hired kids to be better hosts and workers. They are the face of businesses.

Was greeted with an unfriendly face and attitude. -.5 Star Overpriced for what you get. -.5 Star because you can choose if you want to spend the money . Overall nothing that makes me say, "hey, I wanna go back and tell a friend or 2." -1 Star it's not for me. Positive: the food was correct and it was still warm enough to eat when I got home.
