    I always have a fun and nostalgic experience visiting here! There is something so unique about the drive-in setup that makes grabbing a meal feel like a special event. I love the convenience of pulling into a stall and ordering right from the car, and the service is usually impressively fast and brought out with a friendly smile.

    Me and my grandma just got back from there and we had very bad service. We ordered and my grandma had told the woman working there that we wanted a number 16 with fries. No drink. Our order comes and it's only the burrito, no big deal. That happens sometimes. I point out that my fries aren't there and the woman working their claims we said we didn't want fries. Which doesn't make sense because why would we even mention them in the first place if we didn't want them? My grandma explains that she didn't say that and then the worker starts arguing with her. There is no reason for that. She could have just excepted her mistake and gotten my fries and we would have paid for them. But she refused to believe that she misheard us over her crappy headset. We get fed up and we ended up just paying and leaving, I am very annoyed with our experience. At least the burrito was hot. 🙄

    Horrible service. No one even greeted us at the drive-through. I waited at the window for probably 10 minutes and then decided to place my order through the app instead. I headed to the appropriate stall, and 5 minutes after the app estimated our 3 drinks would be ready, I hit the call button to make sure they had our order. I waited 5 more minutes and hit the red button again. A gentleman answered and said, and I'm summarizing, that they did not receive our full order, they are short-staffed, and he did not know how long it would take. I gave him our full order again to confirm he had it correctly, and then waited 30 more minutes. While I understand staffing shortages are a real challenge, that is a management issue, not a customer problem. At no point did anyone proactively reach out to update us on the delay. I had to press the call button twice just to get any acknowledgment that our order existed. Basic customer service means keeping people informed, not leaving them sitting in a stall wondering if anyone even knows they are there. Three drinks. Forty-five minutes. Two call button presses. Zero apologies. If this location cannot handle a mobile order for beverages, I genuinely cannot imagine what a full food order looks like. I will not be returning. This place should not be called Sonic. More like Slow.
