- JLJohnathon LovelessJun 11, 20261.0Ordered a Tropical Heat Smasher. Was supposed to have Pepper Jack, Bacon, Lettuce, Mayo and a Jalapeño Pineapple Sauce. I get home to find out the burger they gave me had none of those things. Instead they threw on American cheese, pickles, onions, and some kind of mustard sauce. Couldn't even bother including the LETTUCE on a BURGER. If you can't or don't know how to make one of your own menu items, then just say that instead of scamming your customers.
