  The food here is not great and it makes your hands stink. Not sure what the chemical odor is on their bread but this place is a no go. There's MANY other better burger places in the area.

  Standing at the counter with 3 people in front of me.. Know one checked on the front for at least 3 or 4 minutes.. I had to go in the back and tell them they had people up front..

  I love whataburger, I get it almost every night honestly. It’s my way of treating myself and my boyfriend. But every location I go to there’s always an issue. Tonight at this elm springs location, I had gotten 2 chicken tenders meals with fries and drinks. The lady gave me a sprite instead of coke, okay no big deal got it fixed. Then they forgot my ranch, okay starting to get aggravated. But then I pulled off and went to park somewhere I got onion rings instead of fries??? What the flip. And I don’t know if this is normal but the chicken on each basket was smaller than my middle finger??? Why are the portions getting smaller? So I go back and my boyfriend runs in, they have an issue from the get go, the manager was being very very rude and passive aggressive. Telling him oh ok give me the food back (you’re not supposed to do that). Saying the order was never wrong but it was wrong three times? Cutting him off while speaking, not speaking as a manager is supposed to do. I’ve worked food before and people are going to be upset and she didn’t understand to use her customer service skills when talking to someone I guess. She told him he was lying, then yelled to someone in the kitchen “give this food to this lying kid out there”.but also there was another guy who was there he was Hispanic and had an attitude when giving the food almost like pushing it towards him when giving it and as my boyfriend was walking out the guy was shaking his head! Whataburger is already expensive as is and why am I paying 24 dollars for 3 strips that are the size of my finger, old toast, and not even filled fries? And then told I am the issue when trying to correct everything? Please do better.

  I order from this place almost religiously every Saturday evening. However the chance my order is ready when I show up, is just by luck. The staff is friendly, however I find that the kitchen is a bit chaotic. I understand delays however they seem to be constant. Especially when I order 15 minutes away, and still have to wait another 10 minutes for my order.

  I like Whataburger with that being said the springdale location has to be the worst. Unfortunately I had to work this evening and ordered ahead jalapeno cheeseburger and two Big chicken . I was five minutes out . The burger was so coold the cheese wasn't even melted. I'm sorry I had to visit on a Sunday at 10:30 pm .trust me nobody wants to work on Labor Day weekend including me unfortunately we have to. However we should always strive to give our best to each and every customer. YOU FAILED AS A TEAM AT THIS!
