Very brief customer service and lobby was packed waiting for people to pick up their food that they ordered. I asked for a discount on my order due to my extra waiting time in the manager on duty refused and said they're not allowed to give discounts for late orders.

Ten minutes before closing, and half an hour after I was told it'd be delivered, I called them to ask why it was still being prepared. They said the pizza was ready, but nobody was going to deliver it this late and that they were going to go home and "just leave my pizza sitting here in the store." They were more than happy to take my money for the order they had no intention of delivering, though! That is theft, and these people need to be fired.
