  This is the location closest to me. Sometimes there is a wait, however, if the african american manger is there he always goes ABOVE and beyond to serve. Took my niece and nephew who wanted to eat inside. My niece was excited about the kpop demon hunters cards. He made sure she got her cards and even gave her a set of breakfast cards as well. This location also ALWAYS has the best ice cream of any of the McDonalds locations is NWA. Needless to say, that manager deserves a raise for all the terrible customers he puts up with. In 2026 it’s hard to keep good help at fast food restaurants I would hate to see him go as he is always a friendly, smiling, and kind face. I hate that I haven’t ever caught his name, I will make it a point next time he is working. It’s not always perfect, but they are doing their best for such a busy location.

  No one at the first window to pay so I went to the second window then I had to back up to the first window. Then it took over 30 minutes to get two burgers two orders of fries and a 4 piece chicken nuggets. This is ridiculous. Night shift on Sunday night sucks.

  They took so long attending the people even though there wasn’t even a long wait. There was this Asian girl which was very nice towards us but the other staff were taking literal YEARS to do a single thing, very dissatisfied. I also asked for a unsweetened tea but they were out of it which was okay! I actually didn’t have a problem with the wait but they took like 7-9 minutes on doing that, I had to go sadly which was very unfair because I basically paid 2 dollars for nothing…? Horrible experience.

  Slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Some employees are nice, most are rude. To put this review in perspective…I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews. Waiting almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks

  Very disappointing experience at this location around 5 PM on April 19th. While placing our order at the drive-thru, the employee stopped responding halfway through and left us waiting for several minutes with no explanation. When they finally continued, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. At the pickup window, our food and drinks were ready but we were left waiting again while employees stood nearby laughing and talking. When we were finally handed our order, items we had paid for (multiple sauces) were missing, and we had to repeatedly get their attention to receive them. The situation became more frustrating when we asked for extra ketchup and were given an excessive amount in what felt like an attempt to be sarcastic rather than helpful. There was also confusion with our drinks, as we were given duplicates. To make matters worse, the fries were burnt, which suggests they were not being monitored properly. Overall, the staff appeared distracted, unorganized, and more focused on joking around than providing good customer service. The level of professionalism was far below expectations. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the location.
